**Q: Would this work an a Sig p365 slide to cover a few scratches?**
A: Yes, use the black pen and clean with alcohol first.  I use it on all my firearms when they get scratched.

**Q: what sort of prep is needed? Chemicals to clean? Electricity? Anything? Or just solvent and 99% alcohol rinse, then good to go?**
A: Yes, for carbon steel.  Rinse, dry, and oil.  It won’t work on stainless.

**Q: I have a scratch on my ar, if i use this will it protect like the rest of the finish?**
A: Works great to cover scratches make sure you prep the surface clean no oils and apply heat to surface with hair dryer for best results
