Fit was perfect and worked wonderful as a replacement to our Kohler toilet. Soft and slow lid closure, sturdy and no seat shifting. Very easy to install, just took a few minutes. Great value for the money.

Good product and good price. Easy install. I purchased a Bemis 7300 lid 1st. It was a big mistake. It snapped on the bolts rather than the normal screw down like this product. The Bemis was immediately coming loose and the snap covers broke off. I threw it away in a week and bought this Kohler. This product attaches properly and securely. Excellent Kohler product.

I like these toilet seats a lot because the installation of both was simple and pretty straight forward.I had the wooden slow-close type of seats previously and I really loved them except that since they were painted they were a pain to keep the underside clean and you couldn't use any cleaning product with bleach on them.These seats feel a little flimsy to me. Perhaps I just need to get used to them? They do close slowly, and to me, a little too slowly. Perhaps because they are more lightweight?Initially one of the Kohler toilet seats made a high-pitched squeaking sound the entire time it was closing. Very strange because only the one in the guest bathroom does it, the one in the master bath makes no noises whatsoever.If I shift it makes a squeaking noise; which is kind of embarrassing to me, but my cats don't seem to mind it. *LOL*Update: Perhaps it needed a brief break-in period because the squeal as it closes has ceased. I'm really happy about that!

We need to replace wood seats in an AirBnb because wood seats discolor from frequent cleaning with bleach based cleaners. Some plastic seats are flimsy and feel cheap, especially with larger people but this seat is rigid and strong. This seat has soft plastic inserts where the seat meets the bowl so the seat is less likely to slip during use and is quiet when closing. The soft close works perfectly - can't live without soft close seats! We will be replacing all our seats with this model. This plastic seat is sturdy, looks good at a great price and is what you expect from a Kohler product.

This is the easiest, quickest, most reliable one to install. The so-called Quick Release seat is not reliable. This simple design is the best.

It's a toilet seat. It fits well on our toilet, it does seem a tad flimsy, I will see how it holds up after years of use. The soft close feature is nice, it does close slowly and dose not slam shut like our old toilet seat. I didn't read the description, so this is on me, but the material is plastic. I am used to our old toilet seats that were wood (?). The seat itself is also a lot slimmer than a normal toilet seat, I have a feeling my husband is going to complain about that part. Overall it seems like a fine toilet seat.
