Audiophile Grade E Cable
Noted and immediate difference in streamer / Dac setup. More articulate, better defined base and voices had more depth. Highly recommended for the price-performance point.

Pretty good cable
I cannot comment on it for sound quality.I have this connected between my modem and router.I have other Cinnamon cables for that and they are wonderful.Still have occasional buffering issues from streaming movies on my Firestick, however,it has toned down quite a bit. My internet speed is more steady and has slightly increased. So,the cable works pretty good for that aspect.I gave minus one star just due to the price.

The right quality and price
While there are still a few holdouts who say that cables like connectors and power cords don't improve sound and video quality, they are now a minority. Just think about it. If manufacturers included better cables with their products they would price them above competitors and would have a hard time with the mass market. Upgrades are left as a choice for connoisseurs who demand better quality. Most manufacturers of high end cables offer different levels of cable. Different grades (and prices) of cable pair better with different components. There is a point where you get the best sound you will out of your component and getting a better cable will not help you enough to even notice the difference. I have found the cinnamon Ethernet cable to give me an adequate upgrade for use with my wireless internet connections. I tried the better cables like the Audioquest Vodka, but I could not notice the improvement over the Cinnamon when I used it for the internet connection. My conclusion: For your internet connection, use the Audioquest Cinnamon. If you are not sold that better cables improve signal quality for other components, then get the cinnamon and see for yourself. It is the best priced cable for the most noticeable result.

Better Signal: The Importance of Shielding
I get a blacker background and lower noise floor when using these cables. Ethernet cables act as antenna for radio frequency interference, so keep them short and shielded. This product improves the audio quality of my streaming stereo music system. And it's very affordable. Highly recommend audio AND video.

If you Believe....
This review is for those that believe that Audio/Video cables matter. I have held this view for years but I didn't think Ethernet cables made any difference. I connected this cable between my cable modem and router, and between my wireless bridge and my ROKU box. Although my router connections are wireless, I can tell the difference between this cable and my shielded CAT 6 cable. The Sound and Picture on my ROKU are noticeably improved, and the sound coming through my DAC connected to my computer (Internet Radio) sound more like the FLAC files I have stored there. The reviewers call the difference "Lowered Noise Floor". It means to me that the "Grunge" heard in Music is diminished if not completely eliminated. Video seems less grainy although my 65" HDTV is an old Rear Projection Mitsu. I noticed this when I realized I was hearing Instruments Playing music instead of just notes. If you can take the leap, you just may discover better presentations of Sound and Video.

vs. standard Cat 6 nice improvement
I prefer the sound out of this cable over standard cheap blue cat 6 ethernet. Is it snake oil? Maybe, but my ears tell me that there is an improvement in the clarity of the sound I'm getting through this cable. I have a definite preference.

Sounded worse than my no-name cable
I use these cables throughout my home network: https://www.amazon.com/InstallerParts-Ethernet-Cable-Shielded-Booted/dp/B008ITQTVY. They are high purity copper with excellent shielding. I read great things about the Audioquest network cables on some of the audiophile forums I visit. I’ve got some Audioquest power cables and some interconnects, and I’ve been very pleased with them—they are high-quality and deliver solid performance. So, I decided to try the Audioquest Cinnamon Ethernet cable. I put it on my system, connecting my optical media converter to my DAC. I ran it continuously for 3 weeks, allowing ample time to burn in. Then I switched back, and I was immediately struck by how much better my old cable sounded. Highs were cleared, bass was tighter, and the sound stage was much more pronounced. I was surprised that an Ethernet cable could make such an audible difference! All the characteristics people had ascribed to the Audioquest cable were much more pronounced in my no name cable. So, I sent it back. Cables perform differently in different systems. Maybe I got a bad one. So give it a try and see what you think. You might want to try the affordable cable I linked to first to see if the Audiophile cable can match it.
