Just purchased so looking for answers
I just got this today. So can't really give it any stars yet. I don't see in the discription before buying it that you need to purchase a usb cable to charge the battery pack. When I plug my phone in the battery pack button starts to flash. I don't see anywhere to sync it to the phone either. So I have no idea if it is fully charged or not or if it even will work. It should be simple but I'm a bit confused here. The directions say one thing but the pics show another. I will update my review once I have used it.For the lady who had the concern about it not protecting her phone if it's dropped:Dropping any type of Battery can cause damage to it. And there's not a phone protector on the planet that's going to 100% full proof protect your phone from damage. They basically protect your phone if you drop at a lot more than if you didn't have one on it and dropped it. If you're expecting any kind of phone protector to guarantee you a 100% it will never get damaged if dropped there isn't any.

I Did Not liked The Battery Case Because It Was Not Properly Charging My Phone Liked It Were Supposed Too Do In The Freaking First Place.. My Galaxy S10e Phone And My Original Charger Is A Fast Charger, But With This Case My Phone Was Really Slowly Charging.. Also Besides The "Fast Charging" Part.. This Battery Case Also Do Not Fully Protects Your Whole Phone As Well Either.!

Stops charging the phone after approximately 4 to 6 weeks
I only gave it one star because I'm on my 2nd one They last about 30 days and even though the case will take a charge but after about 30 days it will no longer charge the phone for some reason.

It doesn't work for long...I agree with others...
I tried to contact the manufacturer about their lifetime warranty before I gave this a rating but could not find their website. I would not buy this again ever because it stopped working months ago and now I have to buy another one from someone else. If someone can contact me I might consider changing my rating but until then, I give them a 1 and wished I could have given them a zero.

This product fails constantly. Had 2 replacements and both failed. Last one only lasted 2 months. Don't waste your time.

This is literally the worst battery case I've ever had I dropped it on carpet and the battery quit working and the slot to plug your phone into broke off I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT I HAVE HAD 2 OF THESE BREAK FROM VERY SMALL FALLS ON THE GROUND
