Great for gluten free / Celiacs diets
This is a delicious product and it fits into a gluten free/ celiacs diet. It is as easy to use as any other ramen, and the miso flavor is very good

Cook time is 8 minutes!
I’ve really missed nong shim shin ramyun since going wheat free. I was skeptical bc I had tried lotus foods pho noodles and those are absolutely terrible. Luckily, these were way better and with the addition of a teaspoon or so of samabila Korean ramen seasoning, they’re a pretty good dupe for shin ramyun!Though make sure you cook the noodles for 8 minutes. I tried the 4 minute cook time and the noodles were still hard. At 6 minutes, the noodles were al dente but still too hard for my tastes but at 8 minutes the noodles have a chewy consistency similar to the nong shim noodles 🤩. Gives me plenty of time to add an egg or two and some veggies for a decently balanced meal.Without the additional flavor, it is definitely a bit lackluster but passable. But highly recommend pairing these with some samabila!

Great texture and very versatile
As someone who is a lover of noodles, required to eat gluten free, and skeptical of gluten free products, I was a little wary of gluten free ramen noodles. However, I gave these a try and could not be happier! Most gluten free items tend to have a crumbly texture (which makes sense since gluten is what gives breads and pastas that “chewy” factor). These noodles had a surprisingly delightful texture without being crumbly. If you undercook them they are a little chewy, so I tend to do about 5 minutes in the pot rather than 4 just to make them softer. The flavor of the packet is good as well. Make it with chicken broth and it’s fantastic. The noodles are also versatile so use them in any soup/noodle dish you want! The size does look small, but it is filling (for me at least… the bf needs 2).My only very minor complaint is that the packages were a little difficult to open. Granted I was weak with the flu so that likely played a part in that.Overall, very good noodle with great texture, flavor, and versatility!

Save money and buy through local grocery store.
I love this product, have been eating these noodles for several years because it’s a healthier alternative to regular ramen. I mix mine with, spinach and other green vegetables, pesto and add shrimp which makes a simple delicious dinner. The reason for 3 stars is this company is super expensive, I can buy 16 of the ramen packs at Fresh Market for same price.I thought I was getting 10 4-packs but they came as individual packages so it was not a great savings at all. Won’t be buying from them again.

Great brand and value.
My go-to ramen replacement as someone who has gluten sensitivity. Tastes great, is convenient, and is great value compared to other foods of this nature.

No Nutrition and Not Tastey
These have a terrible mealy odor and flavor. Almost like dirt and rancid oil combined. This smell is just the noodle without the "flavor" packet which is not delicious and to be avoided. The noodles do not cook evenly and do not have a ramen chew. Gummy and hard or mushy. Never right. The flavor packet has too much seaweed. Just not a quality blend. The size portion is ridiculously small. BUT the worst part is that I've had a reaction to them as if I'm eating gluten or some allergen not listed. I don't recommend these. My eyes have swelled up and the inside of my mouth aches. I have a sore throat... I don't trust the ingredient listing or the age. Over processed food, no value, and I doubt wheat free.

Was a staple during my diet
I put myself on a very specific diet for awhile, and this product was perfect. It's filling and free of unwanted gluton/yeast-heavy ingredients. It tastes good too. It's a little pricey compared to mainstream ramen, obviously, but it's worth it if you're limiting your diet and need a quick meal to fill you up. I started mixing it with cabbage soup for a full and balanced meal. Good health food product.
