The 2 corner supports didn't line up, in fact overlapped. This caused one shelf to not sit securely in the tracks.

Wanted a gorilla shelve without the look. This supports heavy boxes for shipping in our office and works well. Its not beautiful but looks still much better than a gorilla shelve. They send the wrong color first. Was resolve fast. Thanks Again

The shelving unit isn’t bad, the shelf material is particle board, but it says that in the listing.I read some bad reviews on here about the costumer service if there are parts missing, so I wanted to share my experience. I received the box half broken open, so I took a pic, opened it and checked the he inventory sheet. I was missing two vertical supports, so I contacted the seller through Amazon and told them what was missing. They shipped me the parts and they arrived within a week. Not a bad experience in my opinion.Also the range of sizes of the shelves is more comprehensive than what most others offer. I got the 18x60x72, which is not a common size, but exactly what I needed

Arrived in good shape in a timely manner. Made it a two people build and we had it completed in about 30 minutes. Sturdy. Two center crossbars under each shelf board add stability. Connectors worked like they should. We were short one bolt, which was sent to us quickly after we contacted the manufacturer's customer support (this did not hinder construction of the unit, and installing the bolt when it arrived took less than a minute). Definitely recommend.

Many years ago, we purchased the original MONSTER racks from Costco. Those familiar with them know just how solid and well-built they used to be (USED TO). So when we needed more racks, we went back to Monster and were thoroughly disappointed.We decided to give these racks a try. They have the same dimensions and the same type of construction. They are also very close to the original Monster racks in how sturdy they are. The even have that middle support that keeps the sides from flexing out if you put heavy stuff on the shelves (those who have purchased inferior racks know EXACTLY what I mean). Really, the only thing we don't like about these racks is that the assembly bolts protrude more than the original Monster racks. They are better than a quarter of an inch thick which means if you want to use those locking lugs to connect one of these to an adjacent Monster rack, it's not going reach.Other than that, these are very solid, and very strong. Not quite perfect which is why I can't give it 5 stars. I would give it a 4.5 star rating if I could.

Boy this product has alot of small issues that really hurt it.Overall this is a good value for the money, but some notes.When setting up the shelf to full height the first two holes should be inverted on the vertical pieces, but they are not, this makes fitting the vertical rails together pain.The pre installed screws didn't have a consistent depth, some had to be loosened others tightened.For the middle shelf struts I had the exact number of screws required, if I'd lost one I'd have to go buy some.Lastly there is no wall securing bracket, if you have small children you will need to make one incase a kid pulls on the shelf.

Very sturdy. a little hard to put together when it comes to stacking one on top of the other
