Hits the areas as intended. Helpful to take away with you if needed. The centre can move sometimes when you’re exercising which can make balance tricky at times. Overall handy for a small space.

Ich bin mit dem Cretee 12 in 1 Faltbare Push-Up Liegestütz Brett sehr zufrieden. Durch die Erhöhung kann man deutlich tiefer nach unten gehen, was das Training intensiviert und die Muskeln besser beansprucht. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit konnte ich eine Leistungssteigerung feststellen. Das Board ist stabil, gut verarbeitet und bietet durch die 12 Einstellmöglichkeiten eine abwechslungsreiche Trainingsmöglichkeit. Durch die Zusammenklappfunktion lässt sich das Brett super verstauen! Für alle, die effektives Oberkörpertraining zu Hause machen möchten, ist das Board eine klare Empfehlung!

Awesome product. I do more than hundred of push ups everyday with this board. Highly recommended. The only downside is when you keep handles close to eachother (triceps) you might get handle detached easier than it should 🙌

It’s really good , this type of board for workout actually helpful especially don’t need big space. And easy to assemble.

Au début, je me suis dit : « Bon, c’est quoi ce bordel qu’ils essaient encore de nous vendre ? » On va tester, ça ne coûte pas cher, et TikTok me balance que des vidéos là-dessus. Après l’avoir utilisé, ça me fait bien congestionner parce que je suis le manuel qui indique quoi faire. Mais bon, chacun s’entraîne comme il veut. Je suis trés content de cette achat car ça me permet aussi de m'entrainer a la maison quand j'ai pas trop le temps d'aller a la salle de muscu.
