Update April 22 - Company has refused to repair saying it doesn’t have parts. Why sell products which can’t be repaired?update. mar 22 - company says input valve is not working and wants Rs. 1600 for it. It’s available for Rs.250 at Amazon. I agree to pay but now they say it’s not the problem. We will take it back for checking. Let’s see what happens. Follow my next update Update Feb 22_ After infrequent usage machine has stopped at Error E1/E4. One Shiv Kumar or Akshay Kumar at Koryo service keeps saying wait for 24 - 48 hours each time. When I call after 48 hours again he says feedback has been highlighted and please wait for 24-48 hours. If you want such useless products from useless companies please only then buy. Else I have warned you. DO NOT buy KORYO brand ever.

Very easy to use and utensils are neat and clean after wash

Review after 14 months of useage.Excellent product. Cleans really well. Cutlery comes out like sparkling.Use only recommended dishwasher ( not dishwashing) powder. Do not use normal dishwashing liquid.The water softener , again use only the recommended brand. Do not use powder cum softener crystals which come as two in one.PLs have the service guys come and give you a demo, more so for the Dos and Donts. INstallation you can do yourself.After sales service and the call centre are a pain. Big pain actually. I was lucky to track down a senior member of their service team and got an issue resolved and this whilst product was still under warranty.We bought this after considerable research and find it better for this size than VOLTAS.Hope this helps.Please note : After about 15 months, the rinser cycle malfunctioned. Spares arent available with Koryo. It's July 20 now , still waiting. So pls note this before you buy. Company might offer a depreciated value back, but that is like , so not done.

Machine worked for about five months. Then it stopped working with error E1 showing. Service Engineer from an agency visited once. Said some parts required replacement. It has been more than a month since then and the machine continues to be non-working. Service agency says parts not made available to them by their client (Koryo). Koryo care simply asks me to wait for two days. Email too has a stock reply. I requested for replacement or refund. No resolution. I am getting replies like 'I am not the owner to give you replacement, I can only ask you to wait for two days.'. BETTER TO AVOID THIS BRAND.

Actually had 2 thoughts seeing review if it is worth the price . I got it installed myself having plumber get the required connections for indoor and outdoor outlets . Basically it's for expensive glasses and tea cups and plates which we fear will.be broken by the maids .

This product worked hardly for a month,n then it strted showing error,when koryo company was told about this,they just dint help,though the product is under warranty, no technician was sent even after several calls,,its useless to buy the product..for last two months its not working

Pros: The dishwasher is good, on it's own. Does the job well. And is easy to use.+5 Stars for thatCons: Horrible After Sales Service. The Koryô Customer Care are not even aware of the existence of this product, let alone them providing a Demo. You're more or less on your own when it comes to fitting, plumbing and understanding this product.-3 Stars for that.

The Product has a warranty on Paper, Company doesn't service and does not have parts. It's been 2 month and 5 days my dishwasher is malfunctioned, the Koryo is still figuring resolution. They don't even replace products in warranty. It's Pathetic their Customer care team just gives you 2 days assurances. Their email has a standard response. Spend little more and buy a known branded product instead..
