Much better than OEM
I was having trouble intonating my Jazzmaster because of the angle of the original saddles. The screws angled up and touched the strings. The screws on these are more parallel to the body and allowed me to correctly intonate the guitar without interference.

Not pretty, but they do what they say.
Worked fine for MIM TVL Jazzmaster. They are uglier than I thought, so I was glad that I had this bridge cover (also from Amazon) They install simply enough and I like that the saddle height can be individually adjusted. The stock mustang bridge saddles are not adjustable, so if you change to flat wound strings, for example, you would have to raise the action for the whole bridge--with these I only need to adjust the height of the strings affected. Jazzmasters are tetchy anyway so anything you can do to make life a little easier is nice.

Could have been a nice improvement BUT....
As others have mentioned the saddles on these aren't wide enough to eliminate gaps between them which leaves room for the saddles to move around in the bridge leading to inconsistent string spacing. Played them for 2 hours just to give them a shot but I hybrid pick and the inconsistency in string spacing was noticeable. They're coming of ASAP. To bad because I do think they improved the tone slightly hence the 3 stars instead of 1

Good product...
I would recommend these if you want to have individually height adjustable saddles that don't gradually lower themselves down...they are a little smaller than the original saddles, but the tension of the strings will keep them in alignment. My guitar has the newer design with tailpiece closer to bridge, but these will work fine with the more vintage placement(you may need a shim, still).

Close the gaps
I installed these on my modified Jazzmaster, unfortunately the tremolo was slightly off-center from the bridge and the saddles want to pull to one side. Because there are noticeable gaps between the GT saddles the strings like to slide around when bending. Other than that the saddles are nice and slippery. Probably would work great for anyone with a good setup. 52mm E to E string spacing is a lot better than stock.

Huge improvement over stock jag saddles
Completely fixed all my issues with the stock jaguar saddles. No more string buzzing and the screws actually stay in place once you adjust it! Huge improvement!

Not my typical expierience with Graphtech products
1.) The width is incorrect and does not fit a traditional mustang bridge.2.) The springs were super low quality.3.) The threads inside my personal product were crooked. My typical experience as a guitar tech with graph-tech products has been excellent. I enjoy working with their materials and installing them into guitars. However, this one was below expectations and in my opinion did not meet the product description.I looked for other options to replace it with from graph-tech, but they do not offer something that fits a traditional mustang bridge. Disappointed.

Worst pieces of crap that I have ever used
Absolute garbage from the get go. Does nothing for tuning, especially when using the whammy bar. After installation, guitar would not stay in tune. Returned for a full refund. Again, absolute garbage, and ugly !
