This stuff is addictive! So watch out! Mac and cheese is pure bliss with this on it. Yes, this is as close to Inner Beauty hot sauce as you're going to get. It just doesn't have the cool lable that says "This is serious stuff. Sit up straight, and stop mumbling". GREAT STUFF!!! I'm so glad I found it on Amazon! It isn't very hot, but the scotch bonnet flavor is terrific. Hey... t's got scotch bonnets, black pepper, and mustard. The holy trinity of Inner Beauty hot sauce. So what's not to love! Just put a drop of this on the plate with something that you're not sure it will go with, and it just might! I love this stuff and I'm so glad that someone picked up the Inner Beauty torch and ran with it! I'm ordering another bottle right now!

Confession, I'm a real hot sauce snob. Many times I'm gifted with sauces that are just tabasco and a dash of weird fruit juice or stuff so hot, it kills the flavor of the dish, This is the real deal, I count 12 quality ingredients sans the stabilizers that keep it fresh. I usually make by own BBQ sauce but I can't make this. Curry is really a blend of spices and this is a great blend. This is as gourmet as it gets. Seriously, you don't need it any hotter. I heartily recc'd it on peaches, especially snow queen. Trust me,PS Though its marketed as Carib, it more reminds me of the Creole (not to be confused with USA Creole) sauces of Central America.

Great heat, better flavor.
My favorite hotsauce of all time. I put it on everything. Definitely give it a try if you are the kind of person that likes a strong flavor in addition to a good heat.

Tastes GREAT on Burgers & Hotdogs! Other foods too! If you like your sauces spicy hot AND tasty, try this....best sauce since the invention of Tobasco!!

Cumin catastrophy
Maybe I just got a bad batch, but my bottle tasted like cumin cumin and more cumin. Very little Scotch Bonnet flavor coming through like I recall from Inner Beauty. Oh well.
