ASURION 4 Year Housewares Protection Plan ($200 - $249.99)

My dehumidifier stopped working after 3 years & called Asurion up to file a claim. Got an Amazon gift card for the original amount I paid for dehumidifier to buy another one along with another Asurion 3 year plan fairly quick with no problems at all. You have to send in your original receipts for item & plan along with pictures of the defective product & then I got the credit.

I bought a warranty for an electric blanket, which we all know never lasts as long as it should. One year in, it stopped working and I was told to contact sunbeam the manufacturer. Sunbeam had pwned,the service off to another company who didn’t answer the phone and didn’t return messages. Asurion sent me a prepaid return label and an Amazon gift card for the purchase price before,they received the non working blanket back. Didn’t question it, just reimbursed me so I could get a new blanket, not a sunbeam though! Greta service.

Unfortunately my 1.5 year old sewing machine broke. I got a full refund for it.

Never did business with a company as fast, efficient and fair as this one.

Because of their reliability and quick response, I often buy what I think of as extended warranties with Asurion especially on electrical devices because of the rate of failure of some products.
