Great phone for price but poor usb c cable not able to fast charge, so using one I already have with the supplied 3rd party charger.

Buying for my partner who (understandably) wants a compact phone that's not a gargantuan phablet in her hands... Looked brand new and operational very quickly using Samsung smartswitch. Great camera.

This phone looks good. It is slightly smaller than my previous Galaxy A22, and I had issues using the Smart Switch as what should have taken five minutes turned into about two hours. The battery performance, however, is extremely poor. What forced my hand in sending this back is I had 14 percent battery left and called hubby and was only on the phone for less than a minute, when I saw the phone was now at 4 percent, then 2 percent about ten second later, then dead another ten seconds later. This makes this phone unreliable. it requires multiple charges per day, however I did like the wireless charging feature, as my previous phone was in with Samsung getting fixed due to charging port issues, and it's not even two years old and still in its contract. Overall, I think Samsung are making poor phones that are not designed to last.On my previous phone, all of the volume and fingerprint scan buttons were on the right but this phone has them on the left, and an annoying 'bixby' button. However, I did like that it has an SD card slot, as most phones now do not.I've returned as the battery performance is too low, and I don't do much gaming or watch videos much on it, so to not even last a full day on a charge has put me off, sadly.

I'm too old to care about a phone with too many bells and whistles, but this phone has lots of things that will make younger folk happy.It's easy to use, even for me who knows little about phones and who cares less !It has been scrutinized by much younger colleagues, and they have agreed its a good phone. A young colleague has just spent over £1,000 on his phone which I would be NEVER do !My only slight gripe is that the phone is not green as described, but turquoise.This of course doesn't affect the phone one iota, but it's not green.

The price was fine, the phone was in good condition and the battery was, according the Accu Battery app, at 85% of original capacity, which is OK. However it's just not a very good phone. The screen is too small for a lot of apps (National Rail, for example), the battery barely does 24 hours (my old Nokia 2.3 is still good for two days after five years) and worst of all it's lumbered with huge amount of Samsung cruft which can't be removed. Samsung Browser. Samsung Pay. Samsung Cloud. Something called Bixby. All of which have one purpose only - to abstract as much as possible of the user's data and make money from it. It's bad enough that Google does that - I see no reason to give Samsung their cut too.So bad it goes, with a sigh of relief. The only thing it did better than my Nokia was "stat the camera" and can live with a few seconds delay to have usable keyboard and to keep my data between me and Google.

I bought this phone and it came in horrible condition with a massive scratch on the corner. save your money and buy a better phone
