I am taking Red Sage to help with bone strength, due to discovering that I have osteoporosis. Dan Shen is a powerful herb that has played an important role in traditional Chinese medicine. I have completed my 1st bottle. I can’t say that I have noticed any improvement, but I have no complaints either. The capsules are pretty large, but easy to swallow. This brand has not caused any stomach discomfort or nausea. I would recommend giving it a try.

I researched various herbs before this purchase and learned that Dan Shen, Red Sage, has been found via scientific studies to help people with osteoporosis regain some bone density. I am using Dan Shen in my protein drinks: I twist open the capsule and mix the herb in. I like the taste and overall effect, and I hope it is helping with my osteoporosis.

The pills are fine, what I am disgusted with is trying to get the pills shipped to me. The last couple of times they never came and had to order again, and then they got lost or something, I had to call and complain and then they looked into it and it finally came. It use to be nice you order things it shipped and you got it within a week or better yet in two days. What happened to those days?
