I used to use rubber resistance bands but I quickly realized that these are the way to go. These are super durable, amazing quality, colorful and do not roll or move from their place. Each one is true to their level (beginner, medium and heavy) and have mas my workouts got that extra level. Great for taking to the gym or a stay at home workout.

I've had a few bands that are always just okay. Issues with them slipping, rolling up, or they get extra stretchy with a bit of use. These bands on the other-hand don't have any of these issues! I just signed up at a gym and got a trainer who loves them too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These are super heavy duty. Do not compare these to those silly latex bands that slip around. These are very intense. You can get a good leg workout at home with these. No need for a gym.

These are actually really great! They were a great value for the money and they don't slip or roll. I have pretty big thighs, so this definitely gets my vote!

These are great. I've had others in the past. Cheap, flimsy, breaking down. These stand up to everything I do and return to form nicely. Very satisfied.
