Nice and strong and hold fairly wide strap handles.

Well finished product but the material comprising the main hook section was of somewhat lighter cross-section that I was expecting on a hook of this size. I guess that I have got used to 'real' butcher's hooks which are much more robust with heavier cross-section material. These are nicely finished with a ball end though for my application that's a slight downside as it means that that can't be used to hook into my smaller chain links (I use them to provide adjustable suspension supports in a studio.) Perhaps a little more detail in the dimensions section of the description would be helpful - like the diameter of the ball ends.

I needed a number of S shaped hooks to hold up a fabric sunblind around the frame of our gazebo. These were perfect for my needs. I like that each end of the hook has a small spherical ball which removes any sharp edges.
