Airwave 3m x 3m Pop Up Gazebo, Water Resistant PVC, Portable with Heavy Duty Carry Bag, Frame and Canopy Only, No Sides (Grey)

we had a problem with this gazebo. The company worked hard to sort the matter , they did so and i recommend this company to anyone . i give there service 5 stars but i would like to give them more.

I bought the pop up gazebo in July. Delivery was delayed as the item had sat in the delivery company's depot for days until I chased the company for it. Time wasted. It arrived without any instructions but as I had previously had Airwave gazebos that did not prove a problem so I just got on with it. Guess what, the canopy has recently developed holes. I reported it to the company and they have said that I should not have left it up and that I should have requested the instructions. I read the description of the item on Amazon and nowhere there does it say that you have to take it down every time you put it up, it does say that it is shower resistant though, so they have given some useful information. Had the piece of information about taking it down been on Amazon's page I would never have bought it, I am 74 and while quite active, I don't think I would have been up to putting the gazebo up and taking it down every day, I use it every day. While the frame is one of the best I have had the canopy is not fit for purpose.I got this item in July, frame and canopy arrived after some delay as the item had been in the couriers depot for a number of days and only after I threatened to cancel the order was it delivered. There were no instructions in the package but that was ok, I had had Airwave gazebos before and had no problem, This one though proved to be substandard/defective, after some time the canopy sprung leaks!!! EscEurope told me I should not have left it up and that I should have taken it down everytime I used it. I guess it came from a bunch of seconds. I would call EscEurope unscrupulous and not a company to bo buy anything from. I am waiting to hear Airwave's opinion on this item, it would also be helpful if Amazon who gets a cut from the amount paid would respond.

The product came with a defect and it was immediately replaced.

Bought this Gazebo after reading the reviews , as needed some shelter for Halloween. So after reading instructions and having 4 people setting up on extending the canopy ripped on one side not very study material managed to cover with some plastic bags, Glad it wasn't windy.On the positive it's a good size . And the delivery was quick

Easy to erect on the second time after experience & head scratching on first time hence 4 stars. I'm 6 foot tall and don't ever bang my head on it. Excellent in sheltered area with 30 mph wind gusts, though any higher winds I've not been confident enough to leave it up, so don't know how it would fair with higher gusts (be stupid to test it and find out it wasn't). Manufacturer recommends not leaving it up overnight, and take down in high winds, but mine has stayed up for the past 20 days without need for adjustment. Very sturdy & needs to flex a little in the wind as non flexing would damage fixings and make it more susceptible to damage. Keeps dry in heavy rain (not sideways rain obviously). Trying to fit canopy in to storage bag is very time consuming, so much easier to store it in a sturdy supermarket shopping bag. Excellent value and perfect for us.

Was disappointed in the quality of the frame but will do for the summer, good quick delivery

Really pleased with the Gazebo and was very surprised how good it looked. The delivery service was excellent. It was due to arrive on Tuesday, it arrived two days early on Sunday evening.A friend offered to help me today, but I managed to put it up on my own. (I'm 5 foot tall) before he arrived.Would recommend. I can't comment on how water resistant it is, it hasn't rained yet. But the fabric feels strong, so I believe it will be able to cope with a downpour.

Its okay. Not brilliant but not rubbish. The tubing is thin and some of the tubing had surface rust inside. The instructions were a total waste if time, they may as well been in another language. Delivery was a bit slow.Honestly, shop around, you could get better for the same money and not have to pay a delivery charge.
