I received what I paid for, as usual delivered early by awesome Amazon.

I used this product for several health issues and it works wonders. I am so glad my doctor told me about it. I do not recommend taking this at night though as it will keep you awake. This is a great supplement for liver, lungs, brain, and other health related.

Many, many years ago, I used to this molecule (N-acetylcysteine) as an orange flavored powder that you stirred into water. My friend would ship it to me from Brazil. Last year, when my husband and I had COVID pneumonia, our chiropractor suggested that we buy it as capsules. It was easy to take and had no flavor. Now, however, since it's in an open bottle, our medicine cabinet smells like cysteine (sulfur, rotten eggs, the same smell you get when you get your hair permed.) Bathroom smells are already bad. Now we've added more sulfur. Not even sure if it did any good.

This product was recommended by my husbands Dr. to help with mental health and cognitive. I researched it and really seems like a great product and good reviews. However, I did not realize that it is not recommended to take if your on blood thinners. My husband is on Plavix. He can't take the 1200 ml. that I ordered. The company does not take returns. I'd like a 600 ml if they would accept an even exchange. His Dr. thinks the lower ml will be fine for him. I did not tamper or open the 120 ml bottle.

I usually love Horbaach supplements and have bought this several times before. But THIS batch that I purchased in December 2024 (with EXP 01-2027) is completely unusable because it gives me BAD HEARTBURN! I don't recall there being PEPPERMINT in it before, but if it WAS, it certainly wasn't THIS MUCH PEPPERMINT. Something is WAY WRONG with this batch. I feel like I wasted my money since it's past the return window (I don't take NAC all the time) and I can't use these at all! I'm pretty upset.

Great product! My family and I noticed benefits in two weeks of taking it. It is really an impressive vitamin. The greatest part is its half life. Meaning you don't just pee it out. It is 60 % used in body 20% is out through waste. That means you are actually using what you paid for. My sister-in- law is a Nurse Practitioner at the psychiatry office I too work at. She has been advising patients for years to start taking NAC daily. It has many different health benefits. One of the many is improved mental health. I started talking it due to Covid19. She informed me that it helps with lung health. She also told me that is safe to take with other prescription medications. My husband and I have noticed our lungs are clearer than before. We didn't even have lung issues. He feels it has improved his running because of the lung improvement. It is a small price to pay for all the health benefits. It smells a bit. I don't find the flavor an issue. It is easy to swallow. We take after dinner due to the possibility of stomach upset. If taken on an empty stomach. No stomach upset experienced. The bottle is a bit misleading. It is marked 1200 mg on the front. That is the beneficial dosage. When I received it the back indicates you must take 2 capsules to achieve the 1200 mg daily. I was under the impression it would be 1 1200 mg daily by the front of the bottle. Not a deal breaker by any means. Just letting you know what to expect.

Bought this for a lower more economical price and happy to say that they work just as well as more expensive brands. Use this for forgetfulness and memory problems as I age and my impression is actually that it works even better than the more expensive brand I used to use. Very happy with this. However I must add that I take three of these a day not just once a day. Started with one a day every time I increased the dosage up to finally taking three memory got better and three is best recommended does for memory problems. Will be taking this forever.
