This is a great purchase. A few seconds burning the tip of a Palo Santo, and the fresh aroma spreads all over the room.

Love this stuff. The scent is awesome! Shipped really fast! I guess I may end up using this outside only; will have to experiment with it and decide later.... Why? I shaved off some curls with my knife to try out. There is a bit of black soot in the smoke in the curls I lit up. I don't want to discover the hard way that this coats my desktop and/or discolors my walls etc...... so, I am going to let this dry out a bit more and try it again later... I am hoping that the soot level reduces... Not really knocking the product. It is my first time trying it... this may be completely normal... so again, just an FYI.. Peace out!

So I have made this purchase quite a while ago. I have had no problems up until tonight October 15 as pictured above . The photo of the single stick wasn’t palo santo the texture, cut , weight And smell were different when I lit that one . Seems as it was a regular piece of compressed wood . This isn’t cool . How did that get into the package ? Smelled awful ! Lit another and it seemed to smell ok . Be cautious of the entire package as I wasn’t !

I was worried that buying Palo Santo that's been sitting in an Amazon facility somewhere for who knows how long and of what quality they may be. I'm very suprised. They smell amazing just out of the bag, friends and family think it's dipped in something (they've never seen this before). I like to burn it far from those who haven't tried it so it isn't to overpowering and they can actually smell the sweet aroma of the smoke. I burn it in my room before I go shower or by my bed before I sleep. They burn rather slow so one should last a good while. I got 12. So I'm good for the year. I've found to prefer this and frankincense over candles, oil diffusers, and incent oils/sticks/cones. My friends and family would describe it as "The best campfire I've ever smelled"

Love smell of sweet palo santo. This item is nice and small. It now incense, they are stick.Personally don't need to burn so much, smell does linger in house nicely.Love that is also sustainable, respectable brand.They grow more trees then they cut down. :)

Was hesitant ordering Palo Santo online because I cannot smell the wood. There have been times when someone has given me a Holy Wood stick or two and once I started to burn they had a sour scent. What I received from this order is exactly how Palo Santo should smell! Beautiful! It burns well and most of all, I chose because I wanted to make sure that they were sustainable. With the hype of everyone wanting to cleanse their spaces and etc, I refuse to purchase palo santo if there isn't some proof to show that it is sustainable and certified to back that up. Will be ordering again as soon as this batch runs out!

The smell evokes a warm feeling. It has a deeply calming effect that takes me back in time to cold winter days when the fireplace is roaring and snow flurries are zigzagging in the sky. I was thoroughly impressed by how the smell of the smoke coming from this smoldering wood could create feelings. These elongated wood chips provided good value because after lit up, the flame would go out and the incense smell would rise up and then slowly fade out. Friends raved over the smell it put into my residence. Superb value.

My Palo Santo sticks have arrived! Just in time for Indigenous People's Day (Monday, October 14, 2019). Smudging with Palo Santo versus Sage is second to none for me personally and never smelled quite so good. Google it. Do your research on the amazing benefits of burning Palo Santo. Promise - you'll never turn back! And Dan's product is really good; a great value for the price point. Plus the packaging is on point - GloFX includes a wonderful note inside that leads you to complementary meditation music on Spotify. Nicely done! I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely reorder.

Did not smell like palo santo. I'm not sure but I'm assuming they aren't letting the tree rest long enough for the oils to develop that gives the wood its smell. Trees need to rest while dead for 4-5 years. When I lit these, 45 degree angle and all, they just smell like campfire. Luckily I found some local. I have returned these.

I read the reviews before purchasing this pack and quite a few people claimed it's not real Palo Santo. Despite the reviews, I still bought the pack because of the reasonable price and there were a few reviews that were positive. They definitely do not smell like the sticks I have burned in the past. The smell is not unpleasant but does not feel like authentic Palo Santo. I think I got what I paid for and I'm ok with that. I will not likely buy this again and will stick with the higher priced sticks that hopefully I will be able to buy again soon when the local store has supply.

These were somewhat disappointing. Half of the sticks were pretty good. They burnt well and had the scent I remember palo having. The other 3 were a complete disaster...They didn’t burn properly at all. Every time I lit one it would bubble and ooze like the wood was full of sap? They also literally just smelt like burning wood and produced a thick black smoke when burning. The obvious inconsistency is disappointing and makes me wonder if the product is even authentic.

I found the price so be quite high...but I love the scent so much that that is OK, (good cause). They last a very long time as well so over the long haul I am guessing the price will be OK. I do recommend these over incense by a long shot. I find the scent to be very relaxing and mood setting.

It doesn't smell like Palo Santo. It smells and feels awful. Do not use in spiritual practice for you will not get the proper cleansing results you require. Be careful!It's more like firewood than anything else. Smoke is heavy and chokes you. Palo Santo doesn't do that.
