Good value for money. All needed in the box
I like there is power supply as well as all the cables needed to connect raspberry pi, nothing extra is needed

Good value
Mostly impressed with this kit, it all went together well and works fine. Touch screen is a little insensitive sometimes for finger use.

Works quite well, 5v is under powered
Nice display, crisp clear and relatively big. The touch screen works really nicely although does appear to be 5 finger not 10 finger tested on Buster on a rpi3b.The builtin 5V cannot reliably power a rpi3b so I really doubt it could handle a rpi4. On the 3b the lightning bolt is nearly always on, so I just power the rpi separately.Overall I like this display, I just wish it were a little cheaper ;)Picture is of it running my Smoopi, 3D/CNC controller S/W written in Kivy running standalone (no XWindows). (It is on github if you are interested).

Excellent screen. Crisp, bright and responsive. [edit] And broken after 4 weeks :-(
[edit]Unfortunately 4 weeks on, it's already dead.I'd 3d printed a bracket for it and mounted it onto my kitchen wall where it was happily sitting with the Pi attached to its back. There it lived for those 4 weeks and during this time it worked really well.Sadly I came to use it yesterday and noticed there was no backlight anymore and the Pi on the back was off. If it wasn't for the LEDs still being powered on the screen controller board I'd have suspected the power supply but no, the board gets power - those LEDs aren't magic... but that's the only sign of life now. The USB port no longer provides power (hence why the Pi was off), the backlight no longer functions and there's zero sign of even an attempt to render anything.Broken after just 4 weeks, it's a shame I can't go below 1 star!Original review follows...[/edit]You may wince at the price (I know I did...) but this is an excellent screen for that price.Comes with everything you'd need to start using this immediately (minus the Pi/whatever board you want to use it with obviously!).The included HDMI cable is quite stiff and has 'chunky/large' connectors that mean you'll want to replace it should you want to keep all cabling within the confines of the back area. I.E. the cable supplied would stick out the bottom if you wanted to create a case/flush mount the screen. It might even cause issues if you were to place it on a stand with it hitting the desk. I replaced with a slim, short cable I already had to hand. The front glass (glossy sadly so whilst it looks beautiful, it does mean it reflects everything, including my attempts to take a picture of it without actually taking a picture of the room behind me!) is about 2 mm thick and extends out around the back box/electronics area behind. Ideal for making a case to sit inside without worrying about random cables sticking out of the side (assuming you replace that HDMI cable!) or even mounting flush inside something. Will look very professional when mounted somewhere.Already had the Pi set up for the existing project with Rasbian so unboxed the screen, plugged it all together according to their guide (mentioned up in the product description), booted it all up and voila... it just worked. The touchscreen is accurate and responsive - no juddering of the input. Not tested beyond 2 fingers but zooming/panning works as you'd expect. The screen comes with all menu options at default levels, eg brightness 50%. Use the OSD just like you would any normal monitor to adjust according to your needs with brightness, contrast and saturation values, OSD timeout, volume control etc. Not tried any speakers with it so cannot comment on that aspect.Time will tell with reliability/longevity of course but initial impressions of the device, how well it has been made and works means it's off to a good start.

Good quality picture and can make your own stand with stand offs
I bought an extra glass screen protector for this as well and I am using stand off screws for the feet to keep it sturdy and upright, also it needs re programming using the line "lcd_rotate=2" to the top of the file in Config.sys which you will find in the boot directory or just program it in from the desktop if your using a Pi 3. Hope my review is helpful if it was please give me a like.

Seemed decent for a few days then just died untouched overnight whilst switched off.
I hooked this up to a Pi4, had it all working once I had added a powered hub (it's quite a high drain for USB power from a pi without this and is unstable then), and was using it for a few days, turned it off for new year and it never turned on again; less than a fortnight before dying whilst switched off and untouched seems like either poor design or quality control, and as they are out of stock now I'll source a different make with speakers instead. The Sunfounder tech support team only responded in the morning, leaving long gaps with them requesting video evidence of the device doing nothing, wasting more time without a functioning screen, so be cautious regarding expectations for support too. I fear this is a company that puts quality control on the consumer to make things cheap, so decide if you are happy to wait if things don't work or fail quickly before buying.
