Excellent quality and very beginner friendly
TLDR: excellent build quality, super smooth shave, beginner friendly.I think many can relate to the fact that at one point shaving becomes a boring mundane task that you can’t escape.I have been shaving everyday for over 18 years now. I have always used a 3 bladed or a 5 bladed modern day shaving razor. This is my first foray into old school safety razor and honestly I have started to enjoy my morning shaves again.The quality of the shave is extremely refreshing. No more razor bumps, no itchy patch. And I also think this is perfect for a beginner or someone who will jump ship from the modern day multi bladed razor. I always held back from buying myself a conventional safety razor because I was scared of cutting myself but boy was I missing out on this experience. I finally decided to go with the R89 and I am glad I made the right choice. Highly recommended.

Great shave every-time
In India this is around 5000 INR, but in the long term you save a lot of money since the blades are very cheap.

The best shaving experience I've ever experienced
This is simply the fabulous. I've been using gillette cartridge-based razors all my life (since last 24 years) and this my first time with safety razors. After some basic research I zeroed in on the Muhle R89 and for all you guys confused on whether you should buy this or not - you can blindly go for it. I have had the smoothest gliding experience for the first time in my life and mind you, I've been shaving for more than 2 decades now. The blade I've used is the MÜHLE Fine Double Edge - and it's a match made in haven.
