Do i need special ink for this, or does it just use regular printer ink?

I just use my HP Deskjet with no special ink.

This comes with the paper to print it out on and the adhesive right?

You print on the paper then place it were you want the tat. You wet the back side of the paper and that adheres it to the skin

How many tattoos per page is printed?

As many as you can fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper. The paper is blank until you print on it. You need to design or find images of the tattoos yourself. I like to try to fit as many images as I can on one piece by placing images as close as I can together while leaving just enough between them to cut them apart.
