I've taken bacopa before but as a dry herb in a capsule. This liquid extract I noticed took effect right away. It helps me noticeably with problem solving (I'm 76) and short-term memory, but also as another reviewer said to just be on top of things more. I'm getting things done now that I've been avoiding for months, like sending in receipts to health insurance for reimbursement - who wants to do that?! Got it done for once and usually I let that slide. Getting projects done around the house like building furniture I ordered months ago. This product Works!

These seem high quality, and they test their products, which is super important for bacopa. I've definitely experienced a cognitive boost.

I started taking a bunch of Ayurvedic herbs recently to battle brain fog and a general feeling of getting dumber over the last year due to Covid lockdowns, social isolation etc. etc. Not any different than what many people are going through but it made me super depressed. I got on a regimen of this stuff and Ginkgo from the same brand. My fog is definitely better and I feel sharper, less depressed, although it's hard to isolate at this moment -- i also gave up a bunch of bad habits and started sleeping more as well. That is obviously huge. You definitely don't get an immediate boost, and some say Bacopa requires 3 months to be totally effective, so stay tuned. The biggest downside is that this stuff is super expensive without the immediate gratification/jolt that would be so beautiful.

I decided to try bacopa because my mom and my brother both had Alzheimer's and I'm getting older. This comes beautifully packaged in glass - I wish all supplements came in either glass or paper. It did seem to help me. But sadly, I developed a side effect (Nausea) that I just couldn't handle. This is a good dose of bacopa - not too much and not too little. It is effective - at least it was for me. I love Gaia Herbs.

This herb is great for improving concentration and focus. I purchase the Gaia Herbs brand specifically because of their high quality. They used to carry this product at Whole Foods but I can no longer find it there, so now I buy direct from Amazon.com.

Using every other day. Just started taking 2 weeks now.
