Great kneeboard for all levels!
So far only used it a couple of times, but it works well, really easy to get on even for beginners, and the lever for the fins is a big plus! On the same ride you can go from high control and good jumps, to being able to do a 360, then get the control again. The strap is sturdy, and velcro held well for a couple of days on the water. Hope this lasts and we can use it again soon!

Knee board is a hit with teenagers.
The media could not be loaded. My 14 year old loves this board. The hydro hook makes getting up on the board and getting strapped in much easier than our previous knee board. He loves to switch the fins on the fly so he can complete 360s or just try to jump as far across the wake as he can.

Two features broken in two years
Great kneeboard when it is new. The Shock Strap stitching ripped apart after two summers so the strap became unusable. The retractable fins also stopped retracting a little earlier. The hydroslide was stored indoors when not in use.

Zero Customer Service
The first product arrived broken in the box (fin was stuck in the out position). This was an easy fix through Amazon. The second board was a great product out of the box and worked great for month or so and then-1.) The bracket that holds the velcro straps to the board broke free.2.) The velcro strap begins to unravel on the entire one side.My son purchased this with his own money that he saved up. I had him try to reach out to customer service for assistance with the product. He grew very very frustrated after spending literally hours upon hours on the phone trying to reach someone with the company to no avail. Our experience was that of ZERO customer service. We still own a knee board from the same manufacturer that we have had for 10 + years and its still going strong.

Not for choppy water.
This board does not work well in rough water. It might be fine on a smooth lake, but in choppy water the relatively flat bottom and broad nose is hard to control. We are in a windy area near the coast and other boards work better in these conditions. The cardboard shipping box does not adequately protect the board. The first one we received had a dent in the bottom and the retractable fin on that side would not fully extend.

Solid knee board
Great for teaching people how to get up on a knee board. The latch that holds the tow line is invaluable. Even my smaller kids (9) were able to do it

Nose of Board Bent up
We used the board a dozen time and I noticed the other day the nose of the board was bent up and board was completed full of water. I'm not sure if filling up with water is normal and suppose to drain some how but bummed that its pretty much ruin.
