I started eating Nissan Cup Noodles because of watching reviews online by Japanese Youtubers. They taste tested American instant noodles, and ranked them on flavor, nutrients, and so on. I use to eat only Maruchan, maybe Top Ramen once in a while, but after watching the reviews, I had Nissan Beef Cup Noodles. I have had many professional noodles at restaurants, and while instant noodles are not on the same level, these noodles most appropriately approach that gap. The broth is delicious, the noodles are not too chewy or soft, the broth is pretty salty but it's not overpowering like maruchan. It's delightful, tastes like real broth, and is definitely a noodle I'll be eating for a while.

I really enjoy these shrimp soups. They are full of sodium though. What I do is boil the water in my tea kettle and then pour the water to the top line in the cup and leave cover on for at least three minutes. Only peel top off half way before pouring in the boiling water. Be careful-very hot !!! After removing the cover I stir the soup and set it aside for over a half hour or so because it is still hot.Then I drain the broth because I think that may help to reduce the sodium somewhat.I like the chicken and beef flavor as well.

Easy to follow instructions will have you eating a good meal in about 10 minutes.A few minutes to get boiling water. 3 minutes for the noodles to bath in the water.A few minutes to cool sufficiently then YUM YUM TIME!I tried using very hot water and was not pleased with the results. The boiling water is crucial for maximum satisfaction. Remember you are eating a meal and to enjoy the experience!

Best part of this is the size of the cup. Easy for any hands to hold, kids or adults.Not to spicy, good flavor, you know what you are eating.Great for work, fits in locker, hot water most everywhere.Just enough for work, not to filling.At home I add bones and more water, leftover vegies.I have been buy Nissin Cup noodles for over thirty years, best way is box of24.

i ordered wrong flavor but not bad tasting

Absolutely love this products!! Been having such difficulty in gettingat local grocery.

I really like these cup noodles, the beef flavor is my favorite. The noodles themselves are very good. My only complaint..... they were just bought from COSTCO and shipped straight to me. These aren't an item the seller has on hand with Amazon or in their own inventory. They buy them for half the price listed and then double it on Amazon. Other than that I have no complaints.

I dunno, the broth is tasty but the noodles don't absorb it... since I eat the noodles with a fork I don't get much of the broth flavoring.
