Very shiny plastic bands
I don’t know how else to describe it except very shiny plastic band. I was not in love this product. It feels like it will not last long. It will serve its purpose and was an economical trial and error.

Excellent product. Over the past year I purchased pairs of their available bands. The bands perform as advertised. Their durability is unsurpassed. Much of the time I utilize bands with my free weight routines which really test the strength and durability of the bands. I highly recommend them.

They're a little shorter than I expected (though I guess I didn't really pay attention to the size - my fault). As a 6ft man, when I hung the band from a pull-up bar, I had to stretch it down to get my knee into it. Other than that, the band works great - just as expected.

Strong and durable
