Easy and affordable but some work
I thought this was a great kitchen gadget! I read some reviews that mentioned it being too much work than it’s worth. It’s definitely more work than other tools but it’s small, easily storable, and one of the most affordable options. Great for a kitchen with less cabinet space. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the zucchini noodles so I wasn’t willing to spend the big bucks on a larger and more expensive option.Overall it works well and is pretty quick. It’s work but it’s not difficult and I was prepared for this after reviewing the product info and other peoples reviews. I was able to achieve long spirals. Instead of using the top white piece I used my hand to twist the top of the zucchini. The knife got a little clogged up after spiraling a couple zucchini’s. I noticed this prevents a long pasta like zoodle. I just made sure to unclog prior to each new zucchini. I was able to zoodle 6 zucchini’s in less than 10 minutes.I personally love this and would recommend to friends. I would recommend for people to read the reviews and instructions prior to use the achieve the results they want and to avoid purchase if they want something with less work.

Love it!
My wife and kids love spaghetti very much and with the help of this now they can have more healthy food. It is very simple to use, just put the zucchini in, rotate clockwise and you are done. It is very easy to clean as well. You can just rinse it with water for cleaning. So I love it very much. This spiralizer is a useful little workhorse that sufficiently replaces an old broken mandoline, weighs next to nothing, and requires less than 4 x 4 x 4 inches to store in a drawer or cupboard, all of which made it the perfect addition to my already cluttered kitchen.I'm overall very happy with this product because I didn't want to store anything bigger nor did I want a model that required batteries or electrical outlets. If you are looking for simple spiralizers, it can be your good option. That is a point to consider. If you have young kids, be sure to supervise them should they want to use this. Lock it away afterward. This cute little thing is fun to use and looks a lot like a toy but it really isn't one. Unless they are told, kids won't realize that it can be a danger.

Nice Addition to my Kitchen Gadgts
Great value and function. Before I bought this product I was a little concerned. Seems like people struggle with this. I had absolutely no issue creating zucchini spirals just like the pictures show. The pressure you need to put on this is deceiving. My first try, I was pressing too hard. But once I let off, this worked like a charm. If you occasionally want zoodles this is great, cleans well and does not take a lot of space. Perfect for me!!

A pain to clean
I bought this as a gift for a foodie friend. They said the tool is easy to use and they loved being able to create their own zucchini noodles but cleaning it was a challenge and likely deterrent to using it much in the future. Fortunately they have a huge kitchen so this won’t take up much space if they keep it, however, for anyone with limited storage but looking to add some fun to your own cooking, this will probably be a bust. I was originally thinking I might buy one for me but will pass given the cleaning hassle.

Fourth cutting option doesn't work
I am well aware that I bought one of the cheapest spiralizers, so I shouldn't complain about quality too much. However, when I cannot even push both buttons down to get the fourth cutting option they advertise, I am going to be disappointed. I had to HOLD DOWN both buttons WHILE rotating the zucchini in order to get it cut more into a noodle form. And even when my hands finally were hurting from the pressure of holding down the buttons that are on the bottom as well as holding from the top (I imagine this would be slightly easier if I had longer fingers, but I don't, so this was actually quite painful and trying of a task holding the top and bottom in a C-shape since it had to be one-handed as the other hand had to keep rotating the zucchini, and my knuckles holding the spiralizer kept preventing me from easily rotating the veggie even then!) I tried out the other two settings with a single blade. The buttons won't stay down for long! They kept popping up after a few turns causing it to change to the wide-ribbon cut.Overall, the button mechanisms for this spiralizer is extremely flimsy. The amount of effort I had to put into getting this thing to work by holding the buttons down removed any "ease of use" value this may have had.

Who knew?!?!
I love my vegetables but I've always thought spiralizing them is just taking things too far. But when my normally dysfunctional garden produced unrelenting zucchini and yellow squash I needed to find another way to make use of the unexpected bounty and gave in to the spiralizer. It arrived last night and I immediately put it to use. The instructions on the box are in tiny font and required some squinting to read but I played with all the different settings which were really simple to adjust and all worked beautifully. I couldn't believe how easy it was to slice the zucchini into spirals and ribbons with this device...takes no effort at all. In no time I had a huge bowl of zoodles. Since I had never done this before I had to Google what to now do with them and decided to sauté them. Ok, so zoodles do not in any way substitute for pasta in my book but they were good nonetheless. And so much fun to slice! I'm looking forward to using this on potatoes for hashbrowns and ribbon fries, and carrots, and anything else I might fit in there and make into fun thin shapes! Easy to use, easy to clean, fun to play with. Totally worth it!

Awesome little gadget at great price.
No need to buy big spiralizer or mixer attachment. This little thingamajig is great. It small and fits in a drawer. Works great for zucchini, potatoes, carrots. Haven't tried other things. And face it - how often are you actually going to use it to justify expensive that you need to find a place to store. The top part gives a wide base to support fairly wide veggies. Blade is sharp and easy to clean. So much better than big attachment or machine!!!!
