Received tightly wrapped in a transparent plastic sheet in a box.But the mounting plate loosely put in the box not wrapped and plate fixing nut,washer found missing.Packer should have wrapped the entire unit along with the plate without opening the nut.Also found brand name missing on the unit niether embossed nor in form of sticker .Only the volt rating 12v and tone type H embossed on the unit.As for the price,overall finish and good tone it is just okay.As for the size it is the same as the other popular brands available in the market.
