Weighted Idea Cooling Weighted Blanket Kids 7 lbs 41" x 60" (100% Cotton, Pink Animal) with Premium Glass Beads

I had been trying to understand why the notes indicated that a Queen isn't meant for two people, and now that I bought this, I understand - it's a few inches narrower than a queen sized mattress, especially when there is a person in the bed. So it fits great over my husband (for whom we got it), and then it's half-off/half-on me, which is a bit awkward. We just roll up what would be on my side into the middle of the bed and that works, but it's a bit weird. (You can't have it hanging over one side; otherwise the blanket will just head towards the floor through the night.) So the queen size would work fine for one person in a queen sized bed. If there are two people, I'd recommend getting one size down if only one person wants the weighted blanket, or going up to a King if both want the weighted blanket. All that said, my husband really likes this blanket, and I appreciate that it came with a separate, washable cover.

It's just heavy enough where it doesn't feel like I'm working out when I'm getting up but you will feel like a bug snug in a rug!

Bought this over a year ago and cannot sleep without it now, not too heavy or obnoxious and heavier near the edges to help 'pull down' on you and create a very comfortable sleeping space.

My previous 48 X 72 was too short and 15lb not heavy enough. A 60 X 80 wouldn't work for my sleeping arrangement. So, for me this 78 long 20 pounder works. Very hard to find this size. Good quality. Needs duvet, odd size too.

I love a good weighted blanket! This one is great. . . Whatever weight you think you want , go ahead and go up one more weight. It just feels like a big HUG

Really really happy with this purchase! Got the queen size blanket and it’s just fits on the mattress! If there was one thing I could change, I would maybe add an inch in each side to just make it hang over a touch. That’s just personal preference though, overall good quality

As another reviewer sai, it really is like being hugged all night without the feeling trapped by another person. Haha. Ive has it about a month now and my sleeps have been the best they've ever been. As others have said, I wouldn't call it a cooling blanket but I am happy with my purchase. I bought the queen size one and it covers exactly the top surface of the bed so if you want a little overhang, I recommend sizing up especially if there are two of you using it.The pic I posted is because it's nearly impossible just to chat with someone at Amazon. But that open bag of Caramilk bites came wrapped up in the middle of the blanket. Not even sure how that happens. But wanted it noted.Anyway, wasn't enough to make me return the blanket and the blanket itself is great.

Never had a weighted blanket before this and then one of my friends recommended I get one since I was having sleep issues. Now I can’t go without it if I don’t have it I don’t sleep well anywhere else. Something about it just keeping you down to your bed is very comforting. Only issue is it’s quite difficult to lay across your bed neatly because of how heavy it is… but isn’t that what you buy it for.
