You will not need POD Jacket in polybags. That saves 0.25 Rs per 1 order. Earlier you were using 2 papers for one order. So it saves approx 0.70 Rs per 1 order. You will also save on printing ink cost for 2 papers per order (1 and half paper printing ink cost) . This should cover most of the part of sticky labels cost. Amazon Business account will give you GST credit of 18% . Also if you buy more quantity then you will save per pc reduced cost of sheet because of reduced freight.

Will it work with HP1020 ?

Yes, it works with HP1020. But I found one problem that how to print invoice and shipping lable togather. Another issue I found that we need to print only 2 copy of invoice and one copy of shipping label so what to do with 4th one?

Will it work with hp laser jet m1136 mfp. it is water proof label sheet?

Yes it will work on m1136 and water proof also i personally checked.
