good product at good price, I take it daily cuz provides me vitamins I don't get from food

Take them everyday and they are the same as other more popular brands. The taste the same, they feel much smoother texture than some rougher brands. They work just as well as other name brands. The size is not bad, but they are like other brands of similar vitamins. Would recommend.
