This pillow actually encourages me to keep myself still and fall asleep. I never knew a pillow could make such a difference. I have only had this pillow for a few days and had such glorious sleep. You must understand that I have sever insomnia. I hardly ever fall asleep at the proper time, and I usually blame it on my dh snoring. Or my son coming too close to me, or I am in so much pain, the list goes on and on. I went to a hotel last night and FORGOT this pillow which I planned to bring because I was enjoying my sleep. But Even though it was nice and quiet there and they had the exact same bed that I have at home, which is super comfortable, and even though I slept alone... I still couldn't sleep more than an hour before waking up. With this pillow I can sleep 8-10 hours straight if I want to. The first night both me and dh were amazed that I was sleeping. I didn't even think it had anything to do with this pillow. I had no expectations whatsoever aside from a nice cushion under my head. well NOW I know it can make all the difference in the world. I may eventually be able to give the doctor back all the sleeping pills he prescribed me or al least not ask for any more!. This is LUXURY FOR ME!!. Ive been functioning much better and I am in better moods with sleep so this pillow has made a huge impact on my life. Even I am amazed at all the benefits I am getting from this pillow.I can only speak to my experience but this was well worth the money. I purchased it as an open container through the warehouse of Amazon. I had no problem with my product. It arrived with a bit of an odor that quickly dissipated as the paper said it would. It says not to have any external heat on the pillow so you can't throw it in the dryer so be mindful of that. as some shredded pillows say the exact opposite. I have paid more for a memory foam pillow and didn't get anything close to the results of this one.. I bought these for my spare bedroom. My son and daughter in law use the room often. They absolutely loved the new pillows!My Mom tried them out when she came to visit a couple weeks later and she loved them as well! They are not too firm and just the right amount of softness to sleep on your back or side. They said that they were super comfortable on your neck. We have no stomach sleepers so I can’t say about that. lolI’m going to buy these again but for my daughter’s room.

i gave this 4 stars because pillow preference is very subjective. but this pillow was not for me. like at all. its nicely made and the product that was described is what i did get. im looking for a soft plump pillow that i can sink into but wont have to replace after 2 weeks ...i love walmart 5 dollar pillows for a week or two haha. i decided to try memory foam but don't like the heaviness of one piece of foam ones so thought i would give this a try because shredded sounded like it would have more fluffiness to it. its very heavy and after it plumped up out of the box i thought it might be a good fit. but this morning after sleeping on it last night i woke with a soreness in my neck that's been there all day now. i woke up a few times during the night and it felt so hard...firm and heavy.and my head didn't sink into it like i would like, but i continued to give it a shot. to be fair i had my ac running last night and it was pretty cold in here. i read that memory foam is notorious for being harder when its cold. so this may very well be the reason i felt this way but im not loosing the a/c to a pillow! &my husband lovesssss how plump it stays and how supportive and cool it is so it wasn't a complete waste of my money. while i wont be buying this pillow for myself again i'm not going to be bias against their other products because i had no problems or complaints about shipping packing or quality of this item. These are seriously the best pillows I've ever slept on. I wanted some affordable memory foam pillows for our guest room. And based in the great reviews I went with these. I was a little worried when I received the shipment and they were inside of some pretty small boxes. I opened them up and unrolled them. And they didn't seem to weigh much.They didn't have a smell but we sat them outside in the sun to get some air and fluff up. About 30 minutes later we brought them inside and they smelled amazing. Just like fresh sun dried laundry. And they were huge. They had fluffed up nicely and had gained a lot of weight. These things are beefy to say the least.I tried them for a few minutes to see what it was like and they were like heaven. So much support, but not hard or painful like some of the full foam pillows.Needless to say, I couldn't wait for my most recent guests to leave so I could steal one for myself hahaha.I never sleep through the night. I toss and turn and deal with numb hands every single night. My husband said he could not get me to wake up before he left for work the next day. He thought I had taken a sleeping pill. But the only difference was the pillow. I never slept this good on my brand name $150 foam pillow. I am going to buy some king sized ones for my bed and put this one back on the queen bed in the guest room.Another thing I have to mention is that I suffer from a severely straight neck from a childhood injury and 6 degenerative disks, 3 of which are in my neck. My neck and back hurt pretty much all the time and sleeping comfortably is rare. I am so grateful for this pillow allowing me to sleep so soundly for the first time in so many years. I didn't get them at a discount. I paid full price and would gladly purchase them again. I want to buy them for everyone we know who has trouble sleeping.

This is a great quality pillow but it's firm and thick it hurts my neck to use it but my step daughter loves it

I suffer from quite bad neck pain at times, and so I need a pillow that works well with me. I've tried various options, but had never given a chance to shredded memory foam before this.It's actually been a revelation for me. I've slept sounder on this pillow than I have on any other in years, and my neck pain's been alleviated as well.The pillow is firm enough to be supportive, but with enough give to be sunk into a little and shape around you. Really pleased.

I always used to struggle with pillows that are too thin cause i’m a side sleeper. This is the comfiest pillow i’ve ever had and it’s helped loads with my quality of sleep and quality of life. Could not recommend this enough!

I purchased this on the 12 of December by the middle of January its already losing shape, would not recommend as it is poorly made and will need to be replaced quickly

I found it quite hard. It does not bounce back into shape quickly either.

I even want to bring it to my every journey...
