I take one twice a day due to immune issues and over the flu season it makes a huge difference. Also nice not to have to take 2-3 at a time like most brands.

I generally take liquid GSE but this type is great for travel and no taste.

Defective product. Pills were half filled. Seal inside was already opened.🤔
