Works Great!
During practice, any capo would work. During a performance, I needed a capo that works on all of my guitars. Change fret positions very quickly, use and remove it and know it will work with no fret buzz. This is the best capo I've tried yet. Quality built, solid construction, all metal, EASY to use and probably won't fail at just the wrong time. For this, it's worth every penny.

Best capo I have ever found
Different capos work well with some guitars and some not. What I might use on a certain acoustic may not work well with some of my electrics. That being said, I play out professionally and my guitar of choice on stage is a Gretsch Duo-Jet. I went through a few different capos over the years, dissatisfied with all of them for the two big reasons, tuning distortion when I put the capo on so I had to re-tune every time I put the capo on or moved it. Reason two was that when I bent strings, quite often the string would not return to the original position. The G7 absolutely solved those problems. You have total control over the pressure you want to apply when putting it on. That makes a huge difference right there. You need different pressures depending on far far up the neck you are placing it. I have found with practice that I can put it on and stay pretty much in tune. Maybe adjust the low E a tiny bit, but not much. And when I bend, the strings stay in place. This is not a cheap capo, but well worth it IMO.

The last capo you'll need!
I really hesitated to spend the $ on this. I do think it's over-priced. That said, I'd buy it again. Easy to use one-handed, goes on, squeeze to shut. Also one-handed removal, just press the release, slides right off. But does it work well? Yees! My guitars stay in tune, even from different capo positions. Pop it on and play. No re-tuning or fine tuning. Holds strings perfectly every time! No back and forth jiggling for that pesky B string. A good, solid clamp first time, every time. So it's worth the $$$. This capo fits all of my guitar necks (about eight different sizes and styles). Also electric, acoustic, banjo, even my 4 string cigar box. Love it!

One capo to rule them all.
Ok, maybe not THAT great, but this is one darn good capo! The size is prefect. It doesn't get in the way while playing even right up next to it. Plus, I can slip it in my jean pocket when not in use. I like not having an intergalactic receiver hanging off my headstock. Easy to put on. Yes it takes two hands, but since I have two its not a problem for me. Unless your action is way off, there is no retuning needed when putting it on then taking it off. That is a huge win for me! Removal is a quick one button release. I have a Breedlove Masterclass acoustic and it fits the neck contours both front and back perfectly. I could feel the build quality right out of the package. I am sure you have bought lesser quality gear for more money. If you have made it this far in this review, all I can add is JUST GET THIS ONE. You will not be disappointed.

SUPER SMALL
OK - This thing is about as small as you can imagine. Literally fits into the palm of your hand. Also, this Capo provides great sound from a guitar's strings - as long as it's a six string. I have a seven string and can use this capo, but only up to about the 5th fret before the high E string is either only partially touched - causing a muted buzz. If you have a six string - GREAT capo. If you have a 7 string - still a great capo, but only up to about the 5th fret. I'm imagining if you have an 8 string you will want to find another capo.

Capo works. Well worth the price
Best capo I've ever owned, minimal adjustments needed.

Won't work for me
I was so excited to get one of these as I've seen so many positive reviews. I have three guitars. Two acoustic and one Fender Strat. It's takes so much effort to get it to work. I'll struggle with it five or six time until I can get it to work without fret buzz. It rarely works on my Takamine acoustic. I have better success on my Maton but not by much. My electric, Fender Strat forget about it. I can get it to work, but then it's out of tune. I've watched numerous videos to see if I am doing it wrong. Sorry, I'm returning this.

The capo I always wanted!
The media could not be loaded. Yo guys what's up, my name is Nikita, and I am a percussion Fingersryle guitar player. I always loved playing the guitar, and found guitar players like Eiro nareth, Andrew foy, and Eddie vam deer on youtube. I was really inspired by them(recomend subscribing to them) and always looked up to buying the same gear they had. I knowticed the popularity of the g7th capo, and decided do buy it. Today I will do a review on a g7th capo. It is easy to use, especially when performing, because if you have to move the capo quickly between frets, this capo works great for that. It has a beautiful design, and is really well made, with a lot of detail added to it.When put on a fret, it spreads the tension on the strings even for each one. Works smoothly, just what I've always wanted! The video shows how the capo works. So be sure to watch the videp till the end. In the video, Sorry for my accent. I was really nervous😥...
