I'm going to be using this for sous vide cooking and this is perfect.
I got this today, opened the box and was actually impressed at how solid the material is.I'm going to be using this for sous vide cooking and this is perfect.After a week of working with it, this is too large for my Anova 800w sous vide cooker to heat up quickly, however if I'm good with waiting an hour or two it's fine. (larger items) I picked up some 5 gallon cambro containers to use for regular small item cooking.I'm going to use this for tempeh creation with a full size pan, as well. Gives room for the pan, the sous vide heater, and water circulation.
