It is amazing other than poor packaging that cause shower head slightly damaged I live in Jamaica, I used my US mailing address then product delivered to me here in Jamaica. Other than that my hubby and kids loves it. Before using product please remove the original wires except for the earthground. upgrade wires to 2.5 mm and use a industrial plug at the end and all will be great. once again great product highly recommend seller

This said it would perform when powered by 110 or 120 volts. When I received the product, the packaging states that for 110 v. usage it requires 50 amp breaker and 6 gauge wire or 40 amp breaker and 8 gauge wire. I wanted and expected a booster heater for the shower, not primary heat source.I obtained a return authorization for the item, but although they claim a US address for returns, the return label is for an address in China. That message says that for a US return, contact them. The response was another return label addressed to China. I don't have time to waste helping them improve their product communications. Not for $18. I try not to buy products directly from China, as the delivery time is far too long, and communications are too difficult between the two cultures and languages. Lesson learned again.Secondarily, the product is all plastic and I don't think it is robust enough to trust over a reasonable time of usage.

Does not even reach warm temperature

I wish I would have received some instructions for it. Now I will have to hire someone more knowledgeable.

Installation in rv isn't a good idea the wires was not. Long enough to keep people save 1 ft is better or at least put an 8 ft plug on it. So no gets electrocuted.

Cannot install without the shank that was supposed to be included; intent to donate to Goodwill!!!
