Miracle Cushion The DUOGEL Gel Seat, Auto and Wheelchair Cushion

EVERY business has examples of times where either mistakes were made or all did not run as smoothly as planned. The difference between highly successful companies and mediocre companies is how the problems are dealt with/resolved. In the ordering and receipt process for our first Miracle Cushion, problems were encountered with the shipping company. Miracle Cushion customer service and management went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we received our cushion as quickly as possible. I received immediate, direct communication from customer service and upper management all the way through the successful receipt of my cushion. I know that the resolution of the problem took additional time and money on the part of Miracle Cushion. At every point in the process I felt like I was dealing with a company whose first interest is to make sure I am happy with their product and service - A RARE, FOR THESE DAYS, HIGHLY CUSTOMER-CENTERED COMPANY!!…and, by the way, we think the Miracle Cushion is an excellent product. My wife, for the first time in years post-back surgery, feels she can return in comfort (thanks to the manyfold increase in sitting time afforded by the Miracle Cushion) to classes and seminars, which have been a joyful and interesting activity in her life for so many years.Since the original purchase we have purchased three more Miracle Cushions for ourselves, friends, and family. Thank you Miracle Cushion and we wish you much success in the future with your cushions.

While using for three years it very worth-full only is heating in summer weather.

The Duo-Gel cushion has greatly helped my wife withstand the discomfort of traveling distances in the car whether as driver or passenger. She still experiences some fatigue in her sit-upon but the cushion has all but eliminated the pain she was experiencing. She is 5ft2in and weighs 110 and finds the cushion just right size-wise. Overall a good investment.

This pad is alright. There are still some pressure points and I'm not sure it's going to perform any better than any other high dollar I have sitting here with me.The problem is the exact same with all pads, the worse pressure point is at high thigh, where the pad ends short of the end of the seat. Someone needs to come out with a pad that is about four inches longer than these standard size pads where there's no pressure pinching off blood vessels near the top of the thigh.As a note: I'm a 6'4", 200lb male; but that makes no difference with the failure to extend the pad to the end of the seat.

I love this cushion! Definitely not cheap but worth it.I got it for my new Honda Crosstour (Essentially an Accord hatchback, but now discontinued). LOVE the car, but the driver seat is not comfortable, way too hard. I learned a while ago that you usually get what you pay for and since we go on long (1000 mile) road trips I knew that I had to get a good cushion. I hoped to "invest" in a good one, (at about $100 it is a major purchase) and I really got what i paid for.I am impress with the quality, workmanship of the seat. NOT your typical seat cushion. It FEELS like it has maybe a hundred or so individual, partially filled (?) gel cells. Just a guess but I think that this partial filling is why it works so well. (Again this is just my guess/opinion, the manufacturer may have more accurate information) My "butt" seems to just disappear into the cushion with NO pressure points.I am also using this cushion in my home office, where I work 3 or 4 hours a day. I am now spoiled and wouldn't want to be without it. I may get a second one to avoid moving the cushion from my office to the car and back again.I highly recommend it.

It's not anywhere near as good as I expected. Too thin. Barely anything there as it just thins out to almost paper thin. Disappointed big time for its price

Husband uses this in his truck on our RV trips. He is not crazy about gel materials, will take getting used to. His old foam cushion has disintegrated, hopefully gel will hold up better, longer.

It is a shame that this product appears that it will soon be discontinued. It was a gift for my father who spends most of the day in a wheelchair and was starting to experience pain and discomfort with an older pad made with memory foam. The foam pad was fine for short duration but was not functional after it had compressed and bottomed out. This pad does not bottom out and according to my father is quite comfortable for extended periods of time. Get one while you still can it really is a great product!
