Fast charging, but not fast enough.
I don't particularly write reviews. So I can assure all of you that I'm not getting payed to provide a review. My main purpose is to inform people of what this product trully is based on my experience after purchasing this product from IXCC.With all of that boring stuff aside, I'll now proceed to my brief review. The good:-This product is of utmost quality, and it seems to be well made and does not seem flimsy at all.-Charged my Galaxy Note 3 @ approx. 600-1500 ma/hr.* - measured using an app called "Ampere" on android.** - I used a 60 watt 18 amp smart charger so it gives as much power as is being drawn by my phone when charging. The bad (not really):-This is not a "fast charging" cable just like it claims to be, in terms of it is not significantly better than a oem cable that came with your devices. It is however superior than most generic third party cables.I'm giving this product a 5 star review because it is trully a product worth getting for anybody that needs a reliable and durable charging cable. One thing I must say though is that I'm actually going to try and replace this item with a superior and different model that's also from IXCC. If you're interested, just look up "IXCC elements 10ft". The only difference in that model is that it actually charges faster than most of the charging cables out there, and definitely my own cables. Using the same test parameters as above, the elements model charged my phone at a rate of 1500-1800 ma/h. You might sit there and think that the 300-500 ma/h difference between the 2 models is insignificant. But if you're like me and you have a 7500 mah battery attached to your phone, then you'll know that it makes all the difference in the world. The only thing I can honestly say is that IXCC makes quality products and therfore warrant a great review from me even if I intended to get the other product. You can't go wrong buying charging cables from this company.

Want to know what the definition of customer service is? Purchased this wire from iXCC and you will find out!
I recently adopted a puppy...yes that has nothing to do with a micro USB cable but it will in a second. The first night I used my wire and it was great! The only thing is that the newly adopted puppy thought it was a toy and decided to chew it in several places and exposed the inner wire so I had to throw it out!I received an email to review the product and I kindly informed the company that I could not provide a fair review since I have not had ample time to use the product so therefore I could not leave a false review and be able to sleep well at night...I was not expecting any response in return at all but just wanted them to know why I could not review it.The response I received was incredible!!!!!!! What customer service...I mean....the DEFINITION of customer service!!!Their email back to me first apologized for my wire being chewed up by my dog and the next line was that they are going to send me a replacement and just needed to verify my address. Once I verified my address they sent one out immediately. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SCAM THEM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!!!!!!I just want to say thank you so much and I really appreciated the level of service you have provided me.With all that being said....The wire has been working flawlessly and it has been used to charge my phone every night since I received it.I recommend this product and company to anyone that is looking at purchasing this product!!Thank you again!

Most likely, It is NOT the 'cable'
My Apologies to IXCC - I left seller feedback a 1 star rating - maybe/probably NOT deserved.....(I got an email that said they would replace the cable). YES - the cable 'stopped working' BUT.... I do NOT [now] think it was the cable...... I bought the cables to charge/recharge a Nexus 7 (2013 MODEL)....... after more RESEARCH on the web, I found many 'horror stories' about the 2013 Nexus 7 would not 'recharge' - regardless of cable used.. (although many people [including 'me'] - blamed the cable). The original cable/charger that comes with the package stopped working also...... Based on 'my' web research, the issue seems to be mostly related to the Nexus 7 Micro USB port itself...... not necessarily the 'cable'. I spoke with ASUS (the manufacturer of the Nexus 7 [2013] tablet) - and was advised to 'send it in' for repair/replacement. I have tried other/different cables - same thing - not good.... I ordered and received (today) a wireless Q1 charger (for the Nexus 7 2013 model), that bypasses the Micro USB port (for the Nexus 7 - 2013 model). and it WORKS.... SO. please do not 'blast/blame/trash' the cable....... It seems to be a fairly widespread . a product defect on the Nexus 7. And - something I found interesting.......... around Nov 2013, Google/Nexus/Asus introduced a 'wireless' charger... Is/was it too little too late????

Outstanding Longevity for the Cost
I bought one 10ft cable from iXCC about 5 years ago. I'm only having to replace the cable now, because I dropped my phone while charging it and the phone landed diagonally on the micro USB plug. Even then the cable still works, it just needs to be held at a very specific angle. For the first two years I used the cable as a power cord for Xbox One wireless controller (don't have to worry about batteries that way). For the last three years it's been my go to phone cable. Over the years the retention studs on the micro plug did get so worn down that they did not reliably hold the plug in the phone's port, but that is to be expected.I suspect this cable was actually intended for industrial use rather than for commercial use, because this cable is quite a bit thicker and more robust than your typical phone charging cable. After breaking the micro plug I decided to do some overly ridiculous stress testing. By hanging the cable over a pull-up bar we found that this cable is capable of supporting the body weight of two adult males without breaking (approx. 350lbs combined). Afterwards the plug was held at a very specific angle in a phone and it was able to charge the phone. :)For the cost I got way more use out of this than I thought I would.

So useful..we brought another one.
This is very good quality in terms of strength and charging. It fits my Nexus 4 and Samsung mini 3 perfectly, also our Kindle paper white. The length is fantastic for allowing one not to be close to the socket whilst charging.Great for lying down on the sofa, moving around in bed and even the garden. Would recommend.. In fact just brought another one.
