Got a touch screen, can turn on, but the touch feature does not work. Cannot take the screen off without breaking the screen, can not return the screen, but still, receive a full refund. Good customer service.

This screen arrived very well packed and arrive in perfect condition after the installation it works perfect.The resolution is the same as the original or better. Its a little bit more expensive than other but is for the quality of the product, I purchase the cheaper one before from another seller and I had to returned because did int work at all.

I did not see a crack in the screen. When I installed it, It broke in the lower left corner. This was a dry run and no adhesive was placed. I wanted to make sure all the connections were good before I put it back together. I figured I would see if at least the touch worked. The lower right corner and upper left only. In handling the screen it completely shattered. The stock Microsoft is much better quality and is much more sturdy. To say the quality is garbage is an understatement.

Unfortunately, the screen was damaged during shipment, which is surprising because the packaging seemed to be very sturdy and safe - guess I just got unlucky this time. There were many layers of bubble tape, "fragile" stickers, and multiple boxes. The screen was damaged, but it looked new, unscratched, and in great condition otherwise. I'm confident it would have worked in my repair had it not been damaged. I was able to pull an LCD from a used Surface Pro 3, so I only needed a refund, rather than a replacement. The customer service staff reached out to me quickly, were professional, and issued my refund within hours of submitting photos of the damage. Please note that this is not a review of the picture quality, screen brightness, or compatibility. This is only a positive review of the packaging and customer service.

Make sure you double-triple check your model of surface! This is a PERFECT FIT for Surface Pro 3 1631. I was able to remove my old screen and replace with this screen. The one corner did not hold up because my Surface frame was bent (due to how it was dropped). Buy yourself some adhesive and good tools to remove old screen, watch a YouTube video, and be careful not to damage the WiFi antenna at the top or the ribbon cable at the bottom!

After getting this replacement screen installed on my Surface Pro 3 and using it for a few months I started getting false touch indications on the screen. Always the same spot--midway up in the right third of the screen. The false touch indications are disruptive to what I had in progress. For example, if editing a document the cursor jumps to the false touch location while I'm typing. Or if I'm in a browser the touch will cause the browser to jump to a new page if there is a link in the area of the false touch location. If I'm watching a video the false touch will cause the video to pause. If I close the open windows and press and rub a finger on the screen in the area of the false touch location the issue goes away, for a while, but it always eventually returns.

Screen arrived in a well protected package. Initial install tested fine but had a few issues (I think the cables) company has stood by their product and taken care of the problem. Great customer service

Everything Works Perfect, including the Touch Screen. Just have to make sure you clean the around the borders and remove all old tape. Buy a new 5mm double sided tape and redo. Just place the screen for a perfect fit.
