This one truly exceeded my expectations. Every time I serve it, people ask, “What brand is this??” It’s that good.A quick tip for fellow pasta enthusiasts: don’t overcook it. This pasta has a wonderfully firm texture when cooked correctly, but if it’s overdone, it becomes overly dense. I’ve tried freezing it after cooking, and while it’s still edible, the texture gets a bit too thick and loses some of its original appeal.For the best experience, cook only what you need and follow the package directions closely—trust me, it makes a difference. One more thing I appreciate is how beautifully this pasta holds onto sauce. Whether it’s a light olive oil blend or a hearty ragu, it clings perfectly, making each bite rich and flavorful.If you’re serious about pasta, this might just become your new favorite too.

Great pasta that doesn’t cost a fortune.
This is my second favorite brand of dry pasta. My favorite brand is substantially more expensive. I prefer bucatini because I like the added saltiness of the water that enters the small hole in the center of the noodle. These cook well, have good toothiness, and taste good. Plus they don’t cost an absolute fortune.

Great pasta!!!!! 5⭐ doesn't stick together like some pastas do no matter how many times you stir that pot when the spaghetti is in there boiling. THIS WAS GREAT! & EASY TO BOIL WITH OUT CONSTANTLY STIRRING!I prefer my pasta cooked al dente and it was perfecto!!! When preparing the boiling pasta the timing and the cooking was synced perfectly without having to use an actual timer. I could easily use the old take a piece of pasta out of the boiling water and taste test it or if your feeling frisky throw test it! You know the old throw it against a wall and if it sticks it's ready!! However this pasta is definitely not to be wasted even one single piece of this pasta it was that DELICIOUS!! a bowl of authentic MAMMA MIA😁PASTA 🍝🍝 PIA! Yummy!!
