What wonderful service! We were very surprised to say the least! We had bought this drone for my son’s birthday. We went out to an empty field and he was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, the first day he went out and flew it, it flew away and would not return with the emergency land button or any of the controls. When I received a message from the company asking how we were enjoying it I let them know what happened. I did not ask them for anything, we figured it was long gone and had researched fly away drones, looked at a few lost and found sites and didn’t think anything could be done. After sending the message to the company we were very surprised and impressed that they not only responded to our message but replaced the drone! Thank you! We were very impressed to say the least! The new drone arrived yesterday and we can’t wait to give it a second chance!

Great product, good value for the money. I like the fact that batteries are modular. Still trying to figure out why I have to pair it everytime on my smartphone after I turn it off. WiFi should connect automatically.Drone works as described, decent camera, very stable on indoor flights. Haven't had a chance to fly it outdoors yet.Arrived on time and very well packaged. Thank you Amazon!Update:I've tried it outdoors and this drone can fly! It's very stable inflight and the video is just perfect! Great drone for the price!

I bought this drone for Christmas and when my son opened it and started using it I noticed one of the lights wasn’t working. Not only that the safety bumper in that side wouldn’t go in properly. I went ahead and submitted an exchange and got a replacement in a few days.When I opened this one and turned it on it immediately flew to the side and smacked into the wall. Luckily it didn’t hit my 6yo daughter. I tried for an hour to recalibrate it and wasn’t successful the best I could do is make it do very low donuts. And let me tell you this was not fun, those little blades HURT when you’re trying to catch it before it crashes into someone/somethingSo, I went to submit another exchange BUT I couldn’t, it was only allowing me to return it. I figured fine what ever I’ll just return it and buy another. Well the drone was now $20 MORE! I contact customer service and thankfully they gave me an adjustment (go amazon!) on a third drone. I got this drone and it appears to be working fine. No burnt out light. Flies well. I’m ok with this.I then noticed a difference in the boxes. The first two had a QA (quality assurance) sticker on them while the third did not. I’m assuming that this means the first two were REFURBISHED! Looking at my order details, no where did it state the product was refurbished. Not cool guys so I have to take some stars away.Update: we didn’t use it for a couple months and now it flies straight up and won’t calibrate. It’s no longer usable.

Bought this for my younger sister since she really enjoys rc. There is 2 things I dislike that I'd like to point out.1 - I dont feel this gets 100m control range. I have it maybe 30 feet above me to take a picture and it lost control to the remote, flying away. Please keep that in mind because I don't know if it's just this drone.2 - my sister always has to correct the thing upon starting. It loves to fly backwards instead of hovering anyplaceWith that said the wifi works really nice with my phone so when she flys I can get video or picture. Batteries are nice, like that we get two. For beginners I think this is a good choice

The camera on the drone doesn't connect to my smartphone- I tried on iOS, iPhone 8, and Android OS (Galaxy 10). The remote in the box works fine and the drone was easy enough to get launched. Bought this to show our kid the view of the neighborhood from the air, so disappointed there.

I have had a problem with the 1st drone. They replaced it and it seemed to be a defective one, the bew drone seems to work great. Thank you guys !!

i liked that it comes ready to go,the battery life is short i wished it came with a extra battery.over all good product.
