I love this iron, it glides across your clothes like a feather. Plus it was less than $7.00, an absolute EXCEPTIONAL BUY!!!!

Works well and not too heavy and moosey to use.

I'm shocked this has so many bad reviews. I bought this 11 years ago when I went off to college and mine just now started leaving brown spots on everything, the non-stick coating is basically gone and it's turned yellow. I didn't use it heavily (maybe once or twice a month over 10 years) but I'd say for $20 for 10 years of use is a bargain! I will say that I don't think the steam setting ever worked correctly (hence the 4 stars) but it was a fine iron for a college student! I'd buy it again!

Not enough steam comes out on the steam setting. It is not as light as I thought it would be either.

I love the long cord on this iron, and when it worked, it worked great. However, after two years of light use (as in, months of not being touched and occasional weekly use), it must be replaced. Water leaks constantly from where the cord attaches to the iron.

Light, easy to handle, right price. Ironing can be such a chore but not with this iron, it makes it faster and less tiring

I product was given to me for Christmas. I wanted a light weight iron. It most definitely is. However, you do not receive a smooth gliding action when pressing. the red part is the water fill. I use only tap water. You are unable to see the fill line or watch the progress of the water. I will go back to my Rowenta which I had for 16 years before it gave out. I would not recommend this iron to anyone. I usually like the B&D products Patti

Beautiful!! Does everything it should. Easy to use. My son has it in the dorms.
