This video shows accurately how to perform the moves and makes it easy to learn. However, the video is very poorly made. The video quality is poor at best. The people involved in the video did a poor job "acting" if that's what you want to call it. The people in this video seem amateur and were not professional to the point it almost makes the video painful.Overall this video will teach you what you want to know but there are better alternatives out there.

Really good inspiration and good tips. Great starting point or tool for getting the harder moves. I love this video.

This is so cool to watch all the way through -- the lessons are broken up by performances. The DVD definitely warns you when a trick is likely to hit you in the head or face. It makes you obsessed with practicing.
