Ever After High First Chapter Apple White Doll (Discontinued by manufacturer)

I just recently decided to start collecting dolls. I think alot of dolls that are out now are really cool and I always secretly want them so I thought, "why not?" My particular favorites were the Monster High dolls, but then I came across the beauties of Ever After High. I love the whole concept since I love fairy tales. I also like that they are not THE fairy tale characters, just the sons and daughters. I think it allows more of a creative inspiration for their clothes and stuff. I decided on Apple White to be my first doll. Although one thing that has nothing to do with the doll but the character is that they made her blonde....She is Snow White's daughter and a detail of Snow's is raven black hair... always! So I just think her daughter should of had that too. now on to the Doll itself...Some complaints. My box was a little smashed but I think that was just shipping(i had a number of other things ordered and they were all just piled on top) But also she kinda was slid down a bit, causing one of her heels to be bent a little. like the heel part was being pushed over into the rest of the shoe. Now that I have her out its better but I kinda have to keep tugging it to get it unbent. Her hair also doesn't have nice pretty curls, her hair was getting smashed a little and so it now looks like very odd kinky waves rather then pretty curls and waves. It doesn't look that bad and I could probably fix it once I learn a little something on styling dolls hair, but it does make it look more frizzyish (which makes me afraid to even see if giving it a little brush would help) Her joints are also a bit stiff, making me afraid of breaking them. Since mine is for display it's fine since I won't be moving them much anyway, but if it were for play I would think they would break quite quickly. Maybe they just need moved a little to loosen up but I am afraid of breaking her.The Good! Pretty much everything else! All the details are lovely! Her paint is flawless(reference the in package picture). Her dress is lovely, its made of stiff material so it stays puffed out and I love the shiny gold details on the underneath part. everything looks and lays like it does in the pictures! I wish I had a human sized version of the tights, they are soft and look lovely. The shoes are adorable! The stand works wonderfully, it doesn't fall over or anything and has ever after high written on it. Her apple purse opens. The bookmark story was cute to read. I just love this doll and can't wait to get the others. It is completely worth it.

My daughter watches Ever After High a lot! She absolutely LOVES this show! I got her these dolls for Christmas. I really wanted to get her the core group of girls in the shows. I find that in the stores they have all kinds of variations of the dolls, but not the original main ones. These dolls were just perfect. Apple White and Madeline Hatter are SO cute! She stores the collection of them on top of her dresser and takes them down to play with them. Love that they all come with stands so that she can do this. Whoever came up with that idea, GENIUS! I find that with owning these dolls she spends less time watching the shows and more time creating her own adventures for her dolls to go on which is a bonus that I wasn’t expecting with making this purchase. It makes me smile that they make her so happy. Hopefully I can buy her a couple more of these awesome dolls for her birthday!Products arrived well packaged with no exterior box damage, just as if I had purchased them in the store off the shelf, but the convenience of shopping at home was AWESOME!

The Ever After High Apple White doll is beautiful with her long blond locks, her pretty red dress and her red high heel shoes. My daughter absolutely loves this doll. We have had it a couple of years now and she still will take it down to play with it sometimes, but really my daughter just puts her dolls up for display and her room and just likes to look at them. I really think that this one is an awesome doll for her collection. So beautiful!!! I don't really know the story line - as I've never read any of the books. My daughter has though - she has read the Ever After High books and watched a couple of movies I think too. She is really into the whole Ever After High thing. Anyway - We just love this doll! Thank you. :)

Wow these are gorgeous dolls! I got this one and another one of this set for my grandnieces (ages 5 and 7) for Christmas. I was worried that the girls were too young for the dolls, but as soon as they were opened, the girls retired to the sofa to play with the dolls and brush their hair for a half hour! The girls knew all about Ever After High and which characters these were. The dolls seem to be very good quality, the hair was not pulling out while being brushed over and over again. The girls were thrilled and I felt like Great Auntie Hero! I will be giving more of these for future birthday gifts, and if I wasn't too old, I'd buy a set for me too because they are so cute.

There is little different to review from my previous review of another Ever After High doll. But, if you happen to be looking for this one in particular, a similar review is going to have to do.One of our young ones loves dolls of all kinds. Her latest choices are the Ever After High dolls and Monster High dolls. She and her younger sister, ages 12 and 2, play with these every single day. They are very cute and high quality. The accessories available are fun and when they get out all of these Ever After and Monster High dolls with the accessories it is much more fun for them than playing on a Wii, PS3, or Xbox. Their imagination is stimulated as they take their dolls on imaginary shopping trips, vacations, and to school.Fun, fun, fun

Dicen que Apple guay es la más guapa y tiene un pelo precioso y una estética muy lograda lo cierto es que todas las ever after tiene un formato de cara muy similar aunque estas de las más resultonas y como tienen buen precio la relación calidad precio es excelente una buena compra
