I was very disappointed because when I received my order it was broken. I had to pull the wick out with a hanger. It was in pieces. I've purchased products before from Maison Berger and loved them.

packaging is cute...the only problem is the wick...the wick does not burn properly!!!! you light it and it goes off in like 4 minutes...

Very easy to use and such a fresh smell

I wasn't a big fan of this. I'm not used to synthetic or strong fragrances so it might just be my bad. This smelled way too strong and I could barely stand it for even a couple minutes. Reminded me of some kind of Clorox citrus smelling cleaner. I had high hope's for this but in the end I am pretty upset I fell for the hype. I saw online you can ("but shouldn't" according to some people and the company) use essential oils and rubbing alcohol instead of their fragrances. Trying to find a consensus about whether burning rubbing alcohol inside was ok or not or what percentage it should be was not easy; so I'll stick with my essential oils and diffuser or stovetop water/spices/scraps. On the plus side the bottle is pretty. Bummed there are no returns.
