Q: Is this ceylon powder or cinnamon sticks? The product says its ceylon powder but all the reviews are saying its not ceylon and its sticks

We purchase our Ceylon Cinnamon through a reputable supplier we have been working with for years. The Ceylon has been identity tested by an HPLC machine in our lab and we can assure it is 100% Ceylon cinnamon with no additives or fillers. We lab test every batch of our Ceylon cinnamon.

Q: I don’t see this in the usda organic database. can you tell me who certifies for you to use the usda organic logo? i want to buy but safety 1st.

FGO products are certified by the Non-GMO Project Verified company and USDA organic, and we would not be able to use those badges without permission. You may go to the websites of the Non GMO project (https://www.nongmoproject.org/) and CCOF Organic (https://www.ccof.org/) to learn more about the standard and what is required for a product to be certified.

Q: Is this product tested for lead?

Hi! All of our products are tested for nutritional’s, microbials, and heavy metals, including lead. While it is not in our policy to share test results, we find that most of our products are well below the Prop 65 limit. Some of our products contain naturally occurring heavy metals that are borderline with the California Prop 65 limit or just slightly higher. In that case, a Prop 65 warning will be included on the label of the package. Thank you!
