Would these be considered "thin"?

Yes I would consider these thin. I’m not a fan of the thicker men’s stress socks either. The sprained his held up very well for me over the years.

Are the 2 pair of solid color black or blue?

Both are a dark blue color with a different trimming color at the top. It almost looks like black but I took both socks under sunlight and discoverered they were dark blue color.

Approximately how high up the leg do they go?

Depends on you foot/shoe size. I am a size 12 and the socks are about one inch below my calf. These are one of the best and most comfortable socks I've found.
