Chemical appears to work, sprayer broke on the second day.
The sprayer stopped working the second day I used it. I’d seen other reviews stating that others also had a problem with the sprayer but I took into account the positive reviews and placed my order anyway. Amazon customer service was great as usual and a replacement is on the way. I do find it odd though that in the packaging of this spray was the directive that if the sprayer stops working to take these steps and it should work again, but it didn’t. On a positive note I sprayed the baseboards before going to bed and definitely saw less roach activity the next day and dead roaches. I’m hopeful that the replacement will work 🤞 ***Update*** I received the replacement and had the same issue with the sprayer; it works fine the first time I used it then sputtered and completely stopped working the second time. The label had the toll free telephone number for Harris which I called and the young lady I spoke with immediately offered to send me TWO replacement sprayers and was sending it today UPS. I’m very impressed with the customer service I received, the product itself is very effective however the instrument itself is flawed. ***Update 7/20/21*** I did receive 2 sprayers for this order however only one worked, until today, now neither one works. I spoke with Harris Customer Service rep, Beth, who seems as puzzled as I am. Waiting for a call back from a Harris Trainer… ***SUCCESS*** The tubing that goes into the bottle has a small metal coil as well as a plastic piece that looks almost like a sight on a rifle - throw those pieces away! After Beth from Harris called me back and told me the same the liquid is coming out as it should. THANK YOU BETH!

Finally I have a product that works. And zero odor detected.
Finally I have a product that works. And zero odor detected - I have an air filter that will auto-trigger when it detects pollutants in the air, and multiple other brands trigger it, either in aerosol or manual spray. Harris Roach Killer does not trigger it, so that tells me there are few-to-no harmful particulates *floating* all in the air for you to breath. This is NOT *Kill On Contacts* spray. But it absolutely works. You also need to make sure you spray every possible nook, cranny, crack, hole, and dark shelf hiding space, where these vermin sneakk in from. And don't forget under the fridge, under the stove, under or around the dishwasher, and especially anywhere where water pipes are or are run between cabinets. It's absolutely working for me, and is having longer-term residual killing power. I've used kill-on-contact sprays, which work great, but after it dries? Had no residual killing power. This is doing the trick, and while I still see the occasional roach, it's after they've crawled over the dried residue spray, and I find them dead or dying. The manual sprayer is fine. I've had no problems with it, but per the instructions? You absolutely must close the nozzel or you'll have leaking product. Sure enough, I forgot to fully close it after a use, and I'd stepped away for some minutes, only to come back to a puddle. The sprayer can adjust from a mist spray to a stream.

Not worth the money
I did not have roaches in my house for 12 years. I’ve lived here and they started working on the exterior and it drove them inside, evidently. I should’ve read the reviews. This does not work. I have tiny little bugs, roaches. I have even sprayed this directly on the bug and it swims around for a little while and crawls away from it. That is not my definition of a bug repellent. I got three products the tablets which they crawl right over and the tablets make no difference at all. The powder, they go right through that, they don’t take that back the nest. Only had 15 bugs, that is an infestation and that is 15 too many, for me. I sprayed my entire kitchen. I took everything out of my cabinets cleaned them, sprayed them, weren’t dirty in the first place, but I didn’t want anything to make bugs want to stay in my condo. The spray was totally effective. Just a waste of money. I don’t know what the one star is for, I want to put zero but they wouldn’t let me. This is actually the first thing I have ever written a negative review for.

It didn’t work!
I’m not sure about this product. I took everything out of my cabinets, I sprayed and waited a week before coming home and putting things back. I keep a real clean house and only saw a roach occasionally, living in apts you have to accept that. I thought if I sprayed I wouldn’t see any. A few days later I started see more than I’ve ever seen before. It’s been a few weeks and I’m at a loss I see roaches every day more than two or three. I never did before I sprayed, it’s like roach candy. There’s nothing for them to eat, I make sure there’s never food anywhere on counters, dishes are always washed, I wash my little dogs bowl every night before bed. I’m really distraught I was sure using this would make sure I never had to think about roaches. Not the case and I’m in shock .

It DOES work !
I had a huge roach infestation in my kitchen. I used this and the roach powder and it worked great. I've heard people say that it doesn't work, but it does. The secret is that you HAVE to use both items and use them generously. After the roaches were gone I spent a while cleaning up the powder that was left over. I sprayed the spray in 2 distributions 2 days apart. I sprayed all the cabinets and shelves, corner, behind fridge and stove etc. Same thing with the powder. Within a week I noticed that they were going away. Now there's 1 or 2 roaches around. But that's livable. I'm gonna buy some more and do another reading. That should kill em all off.

Good for rodents and insects
Seems to work well in the out building. Got it for water bugs but also is working on the centipedes, dady long legs, and field mice.

I paid more for this product thinking it would work better than raid it doesn't
I chose this product over raid Home Defense Max because the raid doesn't work this product doesn't seem to work either and it cost more it claims to last for several months the next morning the bugs were crawling right through it didn't phase them
