I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I definitely feel a real difference in my well being, in particular, my level of energy and my GI tract health. I feel much less bloated than I usually do at night while using this pills, my colitis is mostly under control now. On the energy front, I have to say I am impressed, The pills are very decently sized, however, you have to take 3 of them a day. Another thing I noticed, and which may be the reason why I felt such a change in my energy level is that it comes with both Iodine and Zinc, which are very important to supplement on for a hypothyroid person like me, as well as Iron, which helps a lot with my iron deficiency anemia. Instructions do not specify if you should take them separately throughout the day or all at once, so, for the sake of convenience, I've been taking them all at once in the morning and they have worked perfectly for me. All in all, this product has an AMAZING combination of elements for a person with my particular health issues. I could not be any happier. I definitely recommend this product.

I have been taking the Probiotic Multivitamin for several months and I can tell a difference. I feel better, have more energy and it helps my tummy. This product is by far superior to any other probiotic that I have used. I have had gut issues for years, typically caused by stress and it’s evolved into a lot of gut pain associated with many foods. This product makes this issue disappear. I love the way that it seems to cleanse the digestive tract, calming everything down. I do feel far less bloated, very light and my energy goes up quite a bit. I feel that the sluggish lethargy that can come with the gut issues I have seems to dissipate. This is my favorite product to use for probiotics, however it is more expensive and that’s the one thing I don’t like about it. I can’t buy this on the regular and have to go with a competitor because it’s not priced for people on a budget, even though it does work for me better. Love, love, love this gobiotix. It has all the vitamins I need and more. I especially like that I can benefit from the Probiotics. But, I couldn't read the tiny print on the bottle with its ingredients so I went back to the Amazon site and was able to zoom in on a photo of them there. I am concerned that Iron is included. Men do not need to take iron supplements unless they have a history of anemia, low blood iron, chronic bleeding or lack of iron in their diet. A common symptom seen in men with iron overload is a loss of libido, shrinkage of testicles, erectile dysfunction and impotence. That's why we usually see Iron added to multivitamins for women who need about 3 times the RDA of Iron than men who can usually get enough from their diet. And, it was not at all clear to me that the 90 capsules I ordered were only a months supply - to be taken 3 times a day. I expected that, like most multivitamins, they were to be taken once a day. Also, they used magnesium citrate rather than glycinate. The latter is absorbed far better and is much more effective.

Exactly all the ingredients I needed and I feel noticeably better over all!
