We had this over in France and could not purchase it in Canada. It arrived still cold and well packed. Exceptional butter - once you've tried it, everything else pales in comparison.

Need improved packaging and shipping method
The butter arrived as ordered, but both the cold packs and butter were at room temperature - butter was very soft and cold packs had liquified. I did not mind paying the shipping fees, but please improve on packaging /shipping method to ensure safe product delivery.

Very tasty but not worth it in my opinion
First I thought I had ordered the salted butter but received unsalted. I ordered 3 & gave 2 to my "foodie" girlfriends.We were all disappointed. Don't get me wrong, this butter is very good, but not better than the other top 2-3 European brands on the market & not worth the $30 price tag, $20-$15 more . . . . .
