In that case, if you divide 30 gallons by 2 gallons you would need just 1/15 of 1/2 cup which figures out to just 1 tablespoon for the 2 gallons and if you can get by with just 1 gallon for soaking your feet, all you'd need is 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
